i think its explained.. its simple, but NOT an easy task..:) any area you are interested in, go through some available literature on that particular topic. you will get some idea.

Dear, usually university doesn't accept it.. your thesis should be aligned with your specialisation.. but still you can ask your supervisor, if he agrees, then u can go with it

Suppose I will take any five companies and I will see impact of job satisfaction on organisation performance. So for this topic, I want to collect the data from Google, not from the employees because If I collect the data from employees it will be time consuming.
