    Thanks for this video. Very knowledgeable and informative.
    However, I don't get that in a condition where a currency depreciates against another.. Why would the imports not decrease as well?
    I understand that you said ceteris paribus, but that wouldn't be possible, right?
    If the exports increase, and at the same rate, the imports decrease, the GDP impact should be indeterminate, in case we do not know the ratio between the import vs export..
    A little confused here..

    Hello mam, thanks for such enriching video so we understand what is exchange rate and what do we mean by appreciation depreciation of currency but one critical point you missed which i think should have been covered is what are the pros and cons of appreciation and depreciation in the currency? So i mean whether its good or bad if any currency depreciates or appreciates

    in my knowledge if interest rate are increased it will add a negative impact on stock market .
    our interest rates are low now so is that the reason foreign institution pulling out money ?
