    I agree what the RBI has done as we are recovering and that to K shape recovery so some of the sector like travel.and hotel business.is still suffering so we need that they also show the growth and then by next policy change we will also know what the FED going to do and at tht time we can increase the rate.....hope

    Yes. Madam your explanation is good. RBI should continue the repo rate as of now. So far the RBI policy is to enhance the interest rate to reduce the inflation. But my view is to continue the interest rate with out increasing. The Government and RBI need to increase the supply of goods so as to control the inflation. More goods produced will improve the employment and purchasing power improves and leads to higher GDP. Thank you madam

    Query: You said that there are multiple combinations for gdp and inflation. Can you please elaborate more... I always thought as thumb rule that high GDP will lead to higher inflation... Would like to understand more

      There could be 'stagflation': Stagnant GDP growth with high inflation. I will make more videos on these terms subsequently :)

    Inflation is intricately linked with money supply by central bank. If you want to understand the relation between money supply and inflation, watch CZcams video by Nobel prize winner economist Milton Friedman. People purchasing power will automatically go down with GDP growth and accompanied money supply growth.
