Thanks for making such a nice video of my hometown of Washington, NC. As a long time resident and local amateur historian who is now 70 years of age, I have to say that most local residents (born and raised here) know our town as "The Original Washington", not "Little" Washington. Washington, NC was the first town in the United States to be named and incorporated in honor of General George Washington. Our Bicentennial occurred in the same year as the US........1976.
I live near Washington and visit every weekend. The waterfront has such a great atmosphere, especially in the summer time.
I’m an eastern NC native and my wife and I rediscovered Little Washington recently. It is definitely a hidden gem. Thanks for the awesome video.
