Great Idea!
I'm going to try this with my friend's dog when giving him his medication (meatball with the pill). I hate to force the pill in his mouth. I would do it with treats, then pill, then treats.
I wish the saying on the cup was on a tee shirt "Sorry I'm only talking to my dog today".

Can dogs eat raw cranberries (bcuz the berries float so at least if they fall out of boats, they are still accessible)?! lol

Both raw and dried cranberries are safe for dogs in small amounts. My concern would just be that they might not like them because they're so tart. I love the idea of finding something that floats though!

You mentioned using frozen fruit/veggies - wouldn't being frozen make them float? Too bad they don't make mini dog-size apples in nature, we know apples will float. Whole Cherries might [safe for dogs?].

my girls would not go near this, they hate water, with a passion, I laid her food bowl that had a few crumbs left from breakfast, where the deck was wet, and she would not go near it.
