My friend recommended me this tv series in 2018 and I was like dude you really watching this ?? becasue for me in that time it was like watching a low budget tv series. After 2 years it appeared on Netflix as a recommendation and again I ignored it till one day I was so bored, couldnt find anything to watch and I decided to give it a try and start watching it. I finished 7 seasons in 1 week and it is one of the BEST tv shows I have ever seen, and if you are here to read comments and you still cant decide to watch it or not, start it right now, trust me you wont regret it. I still cant believe why this show is so underrated.

They had to make choices. Choices that will kill people in order to save yours. All of them got stronger, but colder. People will change. This is what the series is showing us through the 7 season. People will change.
This show has an amazing ability to change your opinion of characters. People you liked at the beginning become unlikable, whereas people you didn't like become relatable and you get attached. And like Game of Thrones, season 1 is kinda boring and "sets up the atmosphere" whereas season 2 is where things get really good.

Pilot Octavia is so funny, they tried to make her the typical mean girl. I think she has one of the best character developments "the girl under the floor" in S3 when she tells Monty " I have no home" I felt that, just look at what she's been through,
Misty Fazz Its a bit of both, the main characters are teenagers so of course there is going to be relationship drama and stuff like that but for the main part it about exploring earth and the challenges that arise. If you're into dystopian shows about the future then I really suggest you watch this or at least check out the pilot.

The hundred can be the thing that you love or hate, sometimes but you will always come back to see more. John Murphy and his survival instincts.... Amazing. He's my best character from the show.... He doesn't take credit of his deeds but he cares most about his friends.
I see all these people complaining about it being a teen drama and that they're too pretty, etc..and as I continue reading their comments I realize that most people who are complaining didn't even watch a full episode. I'm 29 yrs old, and I started watching out of boredom as the "Teen drama" label was a bit of a red flag. I started watching, and then I couldn't stop and to my surprise there was very little "teen drama". Maybe from the 1st episode to like the 4th or 5th when Raven comes down and they have the whole love triangle thing going on, but honestly you only see a few mins of that per episode, the rest is survival and killings. There are plenty of gruesome deaths, from a little girl stabbing Wells, to the impaling and arrows from grounders, to the reapers eating ppl alive. As far as the ppl complaining about diversity the main cast alone has white, asian, hispanic and black characters. Whenever they show part of the population on the Arc there are white, blacks, asians, gingers, hispanics... Honestly, the show is pretty good and manages to keep you on the edge of your seat. There are ALWAYS multiple plots going on, and about 4/5 groups of people fighting against each other for power/survival.
In the beginning there were 100 delinquents and Bellamy. Now there are 4 remaining delinquents and bearded Bellamy. Time flies when you're trying to survive

yes! I watched every episode all the way to season 2 ep. 4 (by the way, season 2 just started, so hurry and get caught up), in 2 days. Its a little iffy at first, but when you get started and into it you wont stop!!

This show is nothing like this trailer which shows them as teenagers looking to hook up! First season was like that but the show got so so so dark later. There are gruesome scenes, Amazing storyline. i'd actually call this show a Mini LOST + Game of thrones after season 2.

The trailer said, "A coming of age journey". Couldn't help but continue and smile after coming back to watch this trailer (4 years after watching it for the first time) after completing season 5. They've no idea what a journey they are set to have, do they!
Season 3 wasn’t great. But after watching all 6 seasons so far, I know how it fits into the storyline. Binge the show. The show is great. Get through the first 2 episodes of the 1st season and get through the 3rd season. The rest of the show is absolutely fantastic
You know how you see a pretty girl on facebook, and then you meet her afterwards and then she turned the opposite of what you thought? Well.. Reverse that line for me now.. All the trailers for this show is shitty made, i saw the first trailer 8 months ago and i exited the video half way through it because i thought this show was a waste of time.. But then i came through the show on netflix yesterday and gave it a shot.. Fast forward to the next day.. I´m halfway through season 2.. It´s so good, it get better and better for each episode.. So the moral of the story.. Never judge a show by its trailer.

I hate how people really underestimate this show. I fell in love with the show after the first episode. It's a really great show with amazing grafics. It's almost like a modern day Lord of the flies. But It's more then that, there's gore, romance, adventure, sci-fy, and mystery. I really recommend it :)
Remember when this show just started and we all thought it was just another silly YA wannabe show with pretty people and then it turned into one of the best shows on tv? Good times. So you see, never judge a show based on it's first few episodes. Give it time develop and find it voice. I'm so glad I did :)

Simply one of the best TV shows ever made. If you can get past the first 2,3 episodes and its silly teen drama arcs, you're in for a ride. Yes, it suffers from a lower budget and network constraints, but underneath it all, it's up there with Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, The Wire, etc. Truly a masterpiece.
I just pray it doesn't turn into another lame show like *The Original's* has! That was another show with awesome potential but it came to have way too many *holes.* Like, how are they vampires but have NO fangs? Vampires don't eat solid foods. Vampires also are night creatures that's why Dracula was the Prince of Darkness. Too many liberties have been taken with the original premise of what they are in the last 10 years and not for the better....so I just hope that this show grows and expands and keeps viewers engaged.

And it was a person who decided what vampires were like, that they couldn't go out in the sun or were allergic to garlic, so someone else has decided to change them a little bit, doesn't make the show bad. But also the reason that the vampires can go out in the sunlight is because they have a special rings or pieces of jewellery that allows them to walk in sunlight. If you paid more attention you would see that witches made them for the vampires.
I quickly judged the show with this trailer that this will be cliche survival show that teens with power whatsoever but when I start watching I can wait a second to start the next episode. I must say I WAS WRONG! THIS SHOW IS WORTH IT!

If anyone going to watching the 100 for the 1st time i am telling u its amazing u cant wait to the other episode its suspense kills me after every episode there is a big suspense. Im telling you u r on the perfect place.
The way this show is built its magnificent. Complicated and marvelous at the same time, but creepy too, because just think about it, this show may be fiction but it could be real as well for us, its literally based on everything and every piece sticks right into the fact that everything is possible and this could become reality one day.
I really enjoy this show, I binged it in a day and a half because I couldn't stop watching. It certainly has it's flaws but they're mostly minor and insignificant (such as scientific accuracy) In any case there are some fantastic moments in the show as well, like the season 2 finale. It has taken its characters deeper than many shows dare to go and I particular adore that fact that no character is totally good or totally evil. In the end despite what some people might say it's not a show for dumb teenagers, and I would definitely recommend to watch it. Can't wait for Season 3!
Yh it does have some scientific in accuracy, like the ark that went through the atmosphere with a lot of people surviving. The impact should have blowed the whole ark to pieces, another one is the missile that used to target the commanders meetings, that missile should have obliterated everything and everyone within 1000-3000 miles but a lot of important characters still survived, anyways don’t let me lower ur morale to watch the show , u should definitely watch it , it’s awesome.
Holy hell everyone. You need to give this show a chance. The beginning episodes are good, but it gets way better at the end and during the second season. Oh, and it's not just a show for teenagers. My mom loves it and she's 56. Watch the first season on Netflix.
Ha honestly? It takes a few episodes to get around some stuff. Around episode 5. It went from "eh, I don't know," to "I think I'm kind of obsessed," for me. If you don't like mindless teenage drama it definitely doesn't dwell on it in later episodes instead focusing on survival and adventure and all that good stuff. Its fast paced so once it picks up you pretty much get sucked in. Try it out! I gave up on it the first time I tried but its good enough that I can't believe I didn't keep going at first

Taylor Ellis It's the best thing that happened to me in a while:watching this serial. Sometimes i say to myself that its to googd to be real. The hundred can be the thing that you love or hate, sometimes but you will always come back to see more. Its like a drug, you always want more, to see what its happening next, what the charactera will do, hoq they will gonna make it. I watched 3 seasona already. I am headding towards the 4th and i can say that i never spent that much time in front of a screen just watching something.10 straight hours nonstop. You have to go through season 1 and you will need more of it. May we meet again!

I see all these people complaining about it being a teen drama and that they're too pretty, etc..and as I continue reading their comments I realize that most people who are complaining didn't even watch a full episode. I'm 29 yrs old, and I started watching out of boredom as the "Teen drama" label was a bit of a red flag. I started watching, and then I couldn't stop and to my surprise there was very little "teen drama". Maybe from the 1st episode to like the 4th or 5th when Raven comes down and they have the whole love triangle thing going on, but honestly you only see a few mins of that per episode, the rest is survival and killings. There are plenty of gruesome deaths, from a little girl stabbing Wells, to the impaling and arrows from grounders, to the reapers eating ppl alive.
As far as the ppl complaining about diversity the main cast alone has white, asian, hispanic and black characters. Whenever they show part of the population on the Arc there are white, blacks, asians, gingers, hispanics... Honestly, the show is pretty good and manages to keep you on the edge of your seat. There are ALWAYS multiple plots going on, and about 4/5 groups of people fighting against each other for power/survival.
And even the love triangle was handled maturely and better than I've seen on bigger networks
not to mention they also include some LGBT+ and lots of female characters so this show is pretty epic

yes! I watched every episode all the way to season 2 ep. 4 (by the way, season 2 just started, so hurry and get caught up), in 2 days. Its a little iffy at first, but when you get started and into it you wont stop!!
Haley Pittman yeah definitely i wanted to shoot myself when they were prancing around in the forest with Imagine Dragons playing in the background but its definitely become a gritty intense show. I think I like it more than the walking dead and arrow

In my opinion this has to be my favourite tv show ever! The storyline and characters were fantastic as its been a phenomenal experience throughout the series. And I’m really sad that the series is coming to an end 😭😭Seasons 1-3 were my favourite. May we meet again
This show is nothing like this trailer which shows them as teenagers looking to hook up! First season was like that but the show got so so so dark later. There are gruesome scenes, Amazing storyline. i'd actually call this show a Mini LOST + Game of thrones after season 2.

Season 3 wasn’t great. But after watching all 6 seasons so far, I know how it fits into the storyline. Binge the show. The show is great. Get through the first 2 episodes of the 1st season and get through the 3rd season. The rest of the show is absolutely fantastic

You know how you see a pretty girl on facebook, and then you meet her afterwards and then she turned the opposite of what you thought? Well.. Reverse that line for me now.. All the trailers for this show is shitty made, i saw the first trailer 8 months ago and i exited the video half way through it because i thought this show was a waste of time.. But then i came through the show on netflix yesterday and gave it a shot.. Fast forward to the next day.. I´m halfway through season 2.. It´s so good, it get better and better for each episode.. So the moral of the story.. Never judge a show by its trailer.

I hate how people really underestimate this show. I fell in love with the show after the first episode. It's a really great show with amazing grafics. It's almost like a modern day Lord of the flies. But It's more then that, there's gore, romance, adventure, sci-fy, and mystery. I really recommend it :)

Simply one of the best TV shows ever made. If you can get past the first 2,3 episodes and its silly teen drama arcs, you're in for a ride. Yes, it suffers from a lower budget and network constraints, but underneath it all, it's up there with Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, The Wire, etc. Truly a masterpiece.

That was another show with awesome potential but it came to have way too many *holes.* Like, how are they vampires but have NO fangs? Vampires don't eat solid foods. Vampires also are night creatures that's why Dracula was the Prince of Darkness. Too many liberties have been taken with the original premise of what they are in the last 10 years and not for the better....so I just hope that this show grows and expands and keeps viewers engaged.

And it was a person who decided what vampires were like, that they couldn't go out in the sun or were allergic to garlic, so someone else has decided to change them a little bit, doesn't make the show bad. But also the reason that the vampires can go out in the sunlight is because they have a special rings or pieces of jewellery that allows them to walk in sunlight. If you paid more attention you would see that witches made them for the vampires.

This show is so underrated. Though 2 seasons in this trailer looks like a completely different show.
The way this show is built its magnificent. Complicated and marvelous at the same time, but creepy too, because just think about it, this show may be fiction but it could be real as well for us, its literally based on everything and every piece sticks right into the fact that everything is possible and this could become reality one day.

I really enjoy this show, I binged it in a day and a half because I couldn't stop watching. It certainly has it's flaws but they're mostly minor and insignificant (such as scientific accuracy) In any case there are some fantastic moments in the show as well, like the season 2 finale.
It has taken its characters deeper than many shows dare to go and I particular adore that fact that no character is totally good or totally evil.
In the end despite what some people might say it's not a show for dumb teenagers, and I would definitely recommend to watch it.
Can't wait for Season 3!

Yh it does have some scientific in accuracy, like the ark that went through the atmosphere with a lot of people surviving. The impact should have blowed the whole ark to pieces, another one is the missile that used to target the commanders meetings, that missile should have obliterated everything and everyone within 1000-3000 miles but a lot of important characters still survived, anyways don’t let me lower ur morale to watch the show , u should definitely watch it , it’s awesome.

Holy hell everyone. You need to give this show a chance. The beginning episodes are good, but it gets way better at the end and during the second season. Oh, and it's not just a show for teenagers. My mom loves it and she's 56. Watch the first season on Netflix.

Ha honestly? It takes a few episodes to get around some stuff. Around episode 5. It went from "eh, I don't know," to "I think I'm kind of obsessed," for me. If you don't like mindless teenage drama it definitely doesn't dwell on it in later episodes instead focusing on survival and adventure and all that good stuff. Its fast paced so once it picks up you pretty much get sucked in.
Try it out! I gave up on it the first time I tried but its good enough that I can't believe I didn't keep going at first
