I used Cantu deep conditioner with shea moisture 100% pure Jamaican black castor oil and I sprayed my palmers olive oil conditioning spray oil. I love the outcome!

Lol. Right! You shouldn't because it takes proteins out of the products but my hair is also protein sensitive. I honestly think it's up to you, how long you keep it in ( which shouldn't be over 15 seconds ) how much time you have, and also if you care lol. I am one of those people who do my hair based on what my hair likes and not off what everyone else tells me.
If I use coconut oil, it is in the shower to where I can rinse off the top layer of greasiness... if you know what I mean BUT I haven't had a problem with coconut oil for my hair. I actually used it for a while before trying others and it was my staple. It really depends on the person because everyone's hair is like a snowflake so what works for this person my not work for another person with the same type of hair.

Well, I refresh my hair everyday with water to keep my hair moisturized since I have a wash n go 99% of the time. When it comes to products, you have to find what works for you so that does not necessarily mean using the same products I am. You can always try though. Even if we were to have the same hair type, some products still may work differently. Thank you💕
Ok guys help me out. My hair is growing so good, natural.. Andy curls have transformed so well, BUT my hair, for some reason, is growing soooooooooo slow in the back of my head. Do y’all know why, and what I can do to help it??
Zia Alexis it’s like, not breaking off but it’s growing really really slow. Like it’s been a year since I chopped my hair and the front is growing amazing but the back still ALMOST looks like it did a couple months after my chop. I be putting my hair up in a pineapple, because when I just leave it out, it’ll be the front just hanginggg then my back just no comparison to it at all
Have you tried banding? or pulling your hair into a really loose ponytail after its dry? Shrinkage is a good thing though, it means your hair is healthy.

Pre-poo is when you apply an oil to protect and coat your hair before shampoo since every time you shampoo, the natural oils are slightly stripped from your hair.

Is it breaking off? If so, try not pulling it up, protect it when you sleep. Try JBCO, and drink water lol.
