I’m going to assume these toy soldiers are based off of WW2 soldiers. The regular soldier was a man until 1994. This is unrealistic unless they’re doing modern day soldiers. If they want to have women in a WW2 pack, they should do the brave women who were in the factory or the ones in the Women’s Auxiliary Corps.

They used to be based off of them. They are now based off of Vietnam.
I'm going to assume that the soldiers in WW2 weren't painted dark green, made of plastic and had their feet stuck to a base. It's a toy, not models for a enactment diorama. Everyone knows that (excluding exceptions like USSR) most army's only employed male soldiers. You didn't learn that the armys only employ men from the toys, and nor will kids playing with these toys think that woman fought in as many numbers as men on the frontlines.
they only made them world war 2 style soldiers because it was easier to mold I think.
I hope that they have separated sets for my stop motions otherwise il will have to get rid of half my set that I buy

That’s cute even though it changes my child hood the way I wanted it to stay the same but it’s nice for changes
I understand gender equality and all but the reason plastic army women aren’t a thing (until now) is that women were usually never on the frontlines. It’s sad but it’s true. Women were usually back home keeping the economy alive or if they were in the military, they were usually in the back lines such as snipers (Soviets). I’m not saying this is bad and that they shouldn’t be made at all, but I’m noticing many people out here stating that she’s so progressive and that she’s doing so much work and stuff.
Spelling The problem for me is, you soldiers are incredibly small. When I played with them as a kid, I couldn’t tell the difference between any of them. It’s not like an action figure where there would be noticeable gender differences.

i don't know about the CG (they may have been but I don't know 100%} but wasps have been around for ages.Youre right that would have been historically accurate so why were they never included.i had the distinct honor of meeting a wasp at an airshow a few years back

Awesome. My son is obsessed with those little green army men. His public school BANNED them. (Ridiculous) Anyhow, I have to show him this video now. He will be so happy. For a couple of years he has asked me on and off why there aren't any female figures. About time :)

They should have made them have more modern uniforms like the U.S. ARMY has, to show people that we have woman and men wearing the same uniforms but for a different reason of their own. Also some actresses and 1940's feminine women like actresses would sometimes wear the iconic infantry uniform just more appealing to men as a form of pleasurable appearance to entertain or just boost morale, and I think that would maybe ruin the image of empowering girls by having a uniform that mommy would be wearing today if she was in the army but I'm only thirteen and I'm just atating my opinion so please if I said anything that sounded bias or insulting I didn't mean it and I'm only saying having the modern uniform on the plastic army women would be more cool because they have sets at meijers and walmart I think amd other places too that have modern army uniforms on so you could get Plastic army men and woman with the same uniforms for more variety and playfulness

Well, not exactly. There were women who were Nurses. And they could work in aid stations, which were pretty close (about a half mile, if I had to guess) to the front line. They could also take desk jobs.
