SCP 705 is normally contained within a 5 oz container of children’s modeling compound, commonly known as “Play-Doh”.
When the lid for the container holding SCP705 is opened, the soft red material inside will begin to animate. Shapes resembling small, humanoid forms will emerge from the clay, slowly at first but soon numbering in the tens to hundreds.
When active, SCP-705 is incredibly violent and militaristic, possessing a highly territorial mindset, and will do everything in its power to overtake what it perceives to be a “strategic” location.

But also rather inconvenient. Imagine having to constantly remove play doh soldiers from your dishes or food whenever you want to eat something. Imagine what would happen if they somehow got inside your pc and managed to block the fans without you noticing. But yeah, apart from that, I agree, it would be pretty cool. I think it'd be a worthy objective to break into the Foundation, just to steal the play doh and move it to some other dimension where the Foundation doesn't exist, then just open it, put it inside some play doh factory and gg.
@@HippieInHeart well since the soldiers can communicate with one another, and they can see and comprehend us humans, whose to say the owner couldnt find a way to communicate with them? thus telling them dangers and perhaps setting rules for them in a way, "this item will kill you" im sure is enough communication to make any "life form" not do something lol.
@@chuckufarly5 Maybe, but I think they are more like real life military, so if they deem your food or your plate to be of strategic importance for whatever reason, then they will just want to capture it, regardless of what you tell them. Maybe they want to move through your PC for "tactical reasons" or something, but the fans are just in the way, then they will probably act like video game characters and try to block the fans so that they can move through safely. It's like in the video, at first the soldier was aggressive against the boy because of fear, then later they were thankful for the boy trying to help them, but ultimately they pretty much ignored him and acted as if he wasn't there, in order to fully focus on their war efforts.
I would die for this as a kid. This is the dream that simulator games have made true.
This was every children's movie in the 90s. Small Soldiers; Indian In the Cupboard; Toy Story. Games too, Army Men, must have been 10 of those games made, plus the knock offs, Takes me back. I liked this one.

I don't remember if it's still around, but Rising Storm 2 Vietnam had a green army men mode.
Arma 3 event, a map based on a backyard.
You could try Grounded, Markiplier even played it
I'm curious to see what would happen if you combined this SCP with the living Lego SCP, it would be interesting to see whether the Play-Doh would treat the Lego men as civilians or hostile threats
I mean, A Lego man can be both, depending on their outfit and set of pieces, they can make a passenger plane sure, or a nuclear bomb if you have the right pieces
It's nice to see an SCP that isn't immediately world-ending or life threatening once in a while.

@@kennedytheretard975 Thinking about this, this would be a great idea for a RTS game. At least one player is always red and they have to seal the enemy play-doh back in it's own container. You able to build more complex units by opening other containers of play-doh through out the map or by securing a source of water, flour, salt, vegetable oil, and food coloring of your color to craft home made play-doh. But you have to be careful about the former is there's a chance it also benefit the enemy color or give birth to a new faction. You also have to be careful about sealing up enemy play-doh or else it will give birth to the brown faction that will try to absorb all the play-dohs on the map. The setting could take place before the SCP Foundation got it's hands on it.

As someone who uses the entire house as a miniature battlefield, this would be a dream come true for me. I have a little Thomas the train engines and cars with a lot of Legos that can connect to one another to make tanks, armored trains, and huge military bases. I am also intermediate with my Lego builds so I can make pretty realistic and deadly tanks. I recently bought myself a KV6 which if you don’t know what it is, look it up.
I also make it to where my room is the main base because there are zero places besides the doorway to get in like a base surrounded by treacherous mountains with one Valley to get in and out

That's exactly why millions of people love it. Legally you can make your own "parody" of some other property as long as it's altered to an extent, for example a Star Trek Ship SCP, Nintendo 64(I think) Controller Gun that kills people in shows movies or video games, Forest Gump tape that causes mild insanity before spawning a demented Gump entity to kill them, etc. It's full of possibilities that anyone could make and add to the site for free. It's got a special kind of Copyright Protection that enables Public Use without allowing for others to Trademark the works. You can also use other SCP Entries to make your own stories as long as you give credit to the original creator.

Dude this entire time i was excited. as a big military enthusiast, i would have killed for this as a kid.
i had fun watching this, i'd just watch the chaos unfold and perhaps even mess with the entire battlefield. you would basically be like the god of the entire area to the solders.

Play-Doh with a mind of it's own. On top of that, it is quite literally a self-sufficient kind of SCP, even self-replicating.
But even as innocent as the Play-Doh looks...it is a reminder that War is Hell. But at the end of it all, it is just Play-Doh with an anomalous twist, and is perhaps the best example of a safe anomaly.
it's also self aware and if the same caracter survives and shows up again they'll remeber things from past times

Imagine each of your best friends has one full container of this putty, you can play together in the backyard and strategize where, and how much Play-Doh do you put for support for smaller or larger groups of you army. Listening to this while I work, I probably got more emotionally invested in the success of the Reds than I should have.
This scp was amazing I loved the story. I was super invested in the red playdoh and that kid definitely wasn’t bored anymore. And the toys are harmless to humans even if destructive to each other and that’s amazing! Dr. Bob story telling can’t be beat~
