david junior Stay away from this one. Look at a Japanese Ratchet type. Simpler, designed for the long haul. Look up German Taumel types. Simple is better.
Hello sir good evening I'm working from lear automotive india seating company last two month we are facing recliner function skip lock issue and huge qty rejection and it will be scrap, I need your best suggestions for avoid this issue any idea please share me sir
Too many working parts. Try the Japanese Delta type. I'll bet radial play is awful with this design. Run this thing 5000 full recline/return cycles, radial play measured before/after. The Delta design is superior to any I tested. This thing looks British. Just a hunch.
@@raminrahmati9572 I personally did the testing, at a German seat components supplier. Those tests made me respect the Japanese design. Our own ratchet type recliner mechanism was inferior to the Delta. I tested recliner mechanisms from competitors.
