I have the original xperia z and put the screen protector over it that came in the box day one and there is very little marks on it. I carry large bunch of keys as a security guard sometimes in the same pocket. Also i think you void warrenty if you remove that,

i removed the "Sony protector" off my Z1... the screen is all kind of stain magnet and it goes koko and sometimes plays by its own "very sensitive" thus i had to install another screen protector
I did the same with my Z2 and became much better afterwards

Whatching that video was very interesting but nevertheless quite weird .The thing is that the phone is being cut with a Knife if it was being scratched and cut by a key or some other "realistic" tool it would be believable. To add to that he only scratches the z1 not the z2, the description was completely wrong.

Xperia Z2 is one of the best smatphones available and it is not going to be bad just because you used a knife to cut out its shatter proof glass.
