@@soul-the_argonaut5211 talent levels wasn't even high lol. Thats was just lvl 6 on his burst. I have higher talent levels that this dude and he deals more dmg than me lmao.

yea I run the favonious lance build with planet befall talent at lvl 12 i ult every 12 seconds and crit for 68 - 69k no buffs
Yes his ult damage will be even better with the decreased resistance due to his shield. Can't wait to try out his full potential!

@@minjiminatozaki5639the weapon is a r5 favonious lance it was 2 petra 2 noblesse with a atk hour glass but i shaved some atk and crit dmg off for a energy recharge hour glass so my damage output isnt as high as it use to be i went down to about 55-56k on crit but my ult builds so fast that i can just drop 2 pillars and get it up without even auto attacking.its more consistent.ill regain the damage i lost through another talent upgrade.my stats are 59% crit 135% crit dmg and 224% energy recharge geo damage is still the same because i have yet to get a geo cup with the proper sub stats.
I almost cried seeing the intro...I got a sands for my Zhongli with attack% and the substats were crit %, crit D, flat attack and HP. Used a lvl 20 artifacts to bump it to lvl 18 and every roll went to HP. I've never felt more sick.
Ik how u feel I finally got an Hp for hu tao with crit rate and crit dmg and energy recharge but it all went to FLAT DEFENSE I was so mad

This helped me decide to go full black tassel on zhong, and homa with hutao. Thanks !
Here the summary :
- Favonius/proto grudge have benefit on recharging burst. Can spam spam easily
- black tassel could get damage equal/over the favonius becuz of the HP% (since the talent give bonus dmg from zhongli hp), But... It's 3stars it's easy to get, so you can do refine 5, and it's pretty good for clearing early chamber on spiral abyss cuz many slimes at early chamber. Its disadvantage is just the energy recharge, need MC geo or ningguang for faster energy recharge.
-focusing HP% stats over ATK% is good cuz u get shield stronger and durable, but he will lack of damageon normal attack and skill, but for incoming update when mihoyo gonna buff zhongli, they said that his phase4 talents will give bonus dmg to normal attack, pilar and shield as well, so it's worth to build.
Btw can u try to compare white tassel ref5 with crescent pike, For physical normal attack build? You can use on xiangling/zhongli/xiao(soon), just want to see the damage output comparison.

This big problem here now is the crit rate when doing this build..
for real, im trying to build my ult damage and i can hit for 30k best, and that's only sometimes...ugh

Deathmatch would be good. I've got both deathmatch and primordial jade spear but deathmatch squeezes out more crit rate albeit with a lower base atk

Keep in mind black tessel will easily get out damage by 4* star once you level them to 80. base attack increase is too much for 3* to keep up. at level 90 Favonius has 200+ more base attack which is massive and his Ult scales better with attack thn HP. not to mention Fav makes him ult alot more frequent aswell.

The Homa 5* spear looks like it's going to destrou on him. 66% Crit damage substat at 90, 20% HP boost at refinement 0, damage gains based on max HP. He'd probably be a viable DPS with it (though I dont mind him as a burst support) and in many ways though its made for Hu Tao it feels made for him
