Getting to LaGuardia By Bike - Massive FAIL

Getting to LaGuardia Airport from the east is a sad state of urban planning affairs. A hole in a fence is the sole method for many workers to enter and exit LaGuardia Airport from the East.
Transportation planners are supposed to make it easier to get to the airport on modes like bike and pedestrian. This didn't seem to be thought out :-/
