For the bad smell, you can just air it out first, then throw in a couple of dryer sheets in the suitcase while in storage to neutralize the smell. Hope this helps :)

To get rid if that smell, spray it with fabrez and leave them open a few days should get rid if it. I have done this with makeup cases the little case also. Hope this helps

Check the measurements the 20 inch is not really 20 inches the airport measures from the wheel to the top of the handle. They made me check my 20 inch in.

Oh yea the back zip is so if there is a warranty issue with the luggage the warranty department that will fix the luggage has easy access without tearing the liner.

One of the wheels on the biggest suitcase bent in. But it still rolls. Other than that the other medium sized luggage is still good!

Hi there! It held up pretty well for our first couple trips, but one of the suitcase the whole wheel did come off and busted the suitcase. I'm not sure if it's because of the durability of the suitcase or just how it was handled by attendants etc. We just received it damaged during one of our trip.

It's not doing bad, one of the wheels on the medium size suitcase is a little loose now after an international trip. Everything else is holding up well.

I believe the smallest suitcase shown is considered as the carry-on. That's the one we use as our carry-on. But you can double check the size on the amazon site.
