Bro I used it and it’s literally so bad, it does bad damage even against ads and the reload speed is piss
@@theorangeofallahpbuh1840 I found it to be pretty useful against killing ads. I used it quite a bit when leveling up during the previous season. I definitely believe there’s better, but I didn’t think it was too bad. I’d give it a B+. I do respect your opinion though. I don’t use pulses in PVE very often unless I absolutely have to. I’ve always been a hand canon or scout type of guy.
@@hunterwilliams9434 This pulse isn’t pretty bad at ad clear. It’s low damage means that if you don’t hit all your shots in a burst you’re unlikely to take any ad out, and then you have to wait for another burst to kill another ad, rather than it being instant, like with a scout or hand cannon or something, or easy, like with an auto rifle, SMG, or sidearm
After watching his list for the DSC weapons, I think he completely overlooked how powerful a Surplus + Wellspring combo is on any weapon.
I legitimately thought he was kidding when he said that pulse was the worst

You left out that the bow is capable of straight up reloading all your guns on kill-reload. It's a bow. Every minor shot is a kill-reload

I’ve been running them with 1050 exotics they’re brain dead easy.
As a bow user biting winds is my favorite in pvp. Explosive head on it alone makes it dangerous in crucible. It's no spiteful fang but it gets the job done.

I have a surplus/wellspring... And on stasis the regens seem slower and this one helps. I could be wrong.

The pulse with outlaw and wellspring is really impressive in pve. Love your content as always kakis but I have to disagree with you on this one just because a weapon doesn’t have a damage perk doesn’t make it bad. That way of thinking is very narrow minded.
another thing about the new bow it has an effect that i see nobody using, it has the power to shatter stasis crystals in 1 shot making it really good paired with salvations grip

Wellspring on it is nuts. Its an excellent weapon and pairs with the seasonal mods

Me too. I've been consistently dropping 30-40 kills in Crucible with it.
Maybe I'm just a great but weird player, but I honestly feel like it is one of the strongest guns in PvP.

Thanks so much for the detailed breakdowns. I bet every player would have a different list as builds and styles vary. I was surprised to see bone chiller so high in the list since I love slugs and was ecstatic when I saw this drop and a new slug released, but after looking at the perk pool I cannot see any roll that would replace my FILO shotty's. I will definitely be grinding for the new 720 auto as I always wanted a good Valakadyn, but RNG was never on my side there...already got a God roll coriolis and I am enjoying it a lot. First time I have picked up a fusion in PvE since backup plan got nerfed and my backup plan / disruption break or backup plan / auto loading holster fusions became trash

I really like the Pulse i have wellspring on mine and its always in my loadout. I never feel like it needs a damage boost in most of the content.

I personally think that any ad-clear weapon that can roll with wellspring is automatically at least A tier if not S solely due to the synergy with your abilities and builds. I recently got a surplus/wellspring pulse rifle and haven't looked back since.
I rolled a High Albedo with Surplus + Wellspring, which turns out to be a lovely non-exotic alternative to the Traveler's Chosen. They play really nicely together, and it's a fantastic combo.
Overlooking that surplus + wellspring combo some weapons have. Some neat synergy there

@@Elano1985 it's good for ur ability regeneration via wellspring, and while u have some abilities that r maxed u will get better handling and reloading etc via surplus.
Abilities r really good like dodge grenades etc esp when running Stasis

The bow is actually my favorite under the europa weapons, got it with killing wind and the healing perk.
The pulserifle feels a bit like bad juju with the perk recharging ur abilities, the Ar feels like... Dunno why, but it feels like I imagine a tommygun to feel like, using it with the super recharging perk + killing wind.
Didn't use the pistol yet, same goes with the rocket launcher.
The LMG is an straight up laser with tap the trigger and zen moment roll + the recoil mod.
The Thermal Erosion I got rolled with extended mag, field prep, and dragonfly. That's my absolute god roll for it. It's so fun to use.

I've been using the pulse with surplus and wellspring combined with heart of innermost light to get my stasis abilities back super fast in both PvP and pve can you give it another look?

just because a weapon doesn't have damage increasing perks doesn't mean you should just overlook it. I got a hailing confusion with chambered compensator, rico rounds, firmly planted, elemental capacitor, range MW and its the most consistent pulse I've ever used in pvp
Have a thermal erosion with field prep and demolitionist. Tossed on a backup mag mod, and with the stat roll I got, managed a 110 round mag. First roll and well worth it
I feel like the Coriolis Force fusion rifle is kind of slept on. If you get the right perks and just maximize into range with range finder, hammer forged rifling, etc... this thing has insane range. Everyone is like "oh the horizontal spread bad in pvp" but look at the way it fires; all in one thump. I feel like a good roll of this is like a legendary bastion, or a long range shotgun with charge time. I see this thing having a lot of potential if you can use it right.

Hey Kackis, quick question...my High Albedo...I have it set as Full Bore, Flared Magwell, Full Auto, and High Impact Reserves...is this a roll worth keeping? More of a PVE player but feels like it could be decent in PVP as well. Your thoughts?

i actuality like the pulse. i got my very 1st one with firm planted and full auto and had served me well. i also have the auto rifle with near max stability
So I happened to get the side arm first time with Killing wind and wellspring. I know you say Killing wind is a greatr PvP perk, I love it in PvE on last seasons auto rifle. looking forward to using this on my hunter for sure.
As for the Rocket Launcher. how well does that new chain reaction perk work? like is it meant more for add clear or damage? If I wanted to use a rocket more for boss damage, would that still be an ok perk or something else?

I have both the bad juju perks (subsistence and thresh) on the auto rifle and it is mental in pve

Not the same archetype, but my rampage/dragonfly ringing nail was one of my favorite weapons ever. Desperately want an outlaw or sub /dragonfly roll on this one. Love 720 autos.
See one thing about the biting wind i noticed you passed over is the sympathetic arsenal perk. mine has that and I feel that perk on a bow is under appreciated because one precise shot to an add and all your stowed weapons get reload. For me I use a rocket launcher and the Erianas vow paired with this weapon and it means I can pop off a rocket use up the clip of the Erianas vow and then kill and add with my bow and go straight back to doing massive damage since this perk is essentially used every time you kill an enemy with the bow and since bows do closer to sniper rifle damage. I still agree with its placement however since bows aren't used by very many people.
I've used the pulse rifle for both pvp and pve. It does really well as far as my experience with it

I love having 110 magazine mowing down red bars left and right in a Well of Radiance. So fun!
Hailing Confusion is my favorite Primary for ad clearing...Surplus and Wellspring... each kill generates ability energy so as I'm using it, it literally gets better with every kill.
I have a high albedo that absolutely shreds in pvp. It has hammer forged rifling, tactical mag, full auto trigger, and headseeker.

I have a hailing confusion with surplus and demolitionst... it shreds. It's been my primary from when I first got it.
I rly wish bows would get a good buff,they are so fun to use and I always get excited seeing a new bow then getting disappointed that it is just like the rest being a rlly bad sniper
Don't sleep on the new bow. Got one with a drawtime masterwork, flech string, a draw time of 590 with no distractions and Swashbuckler. Proc Swash with a melee kill (Swash x5 activated)and ONE TAP 10 resilience Gaurdians in Crucible.
Is it possible to use a Seven Seraph Saw LMG the same as a Heat Erosion assuming both have Field Prep?
Where do you go to see all the perks and top rolls or best place to go

I run thermal erosion with field prep and wellspring+seven seraph shotgun with slide hot and trench barrel+sweet business on my titan and I put actium war rig on and just demolish adds and it's insane for dps as well.
Kakis has the best intros. Very goofy but 10/10.
Good assessment if you are considering perks alone but not sure I totally agree with the order. MG yes, it is awesome but does struggle with ammo economy. Defo needs scavenger mods IMO. Only weapon I totally disagree with is the bow being 2nd worst. That is not my experience with it. Great draw time and kinetic, good damage is great for stasis walls and mine has great accuracy stat that make it almost impossible to miss precision hits. I am a regular bow user though and Biting Winds is helping with my Wish-Ender addiction.
My initial High Albedo from The Stranger is Ambitious Assassin + Wellspring, so as a PvE player I got very lucky.
I got killing wind wellspring, not bad. That mobility boost with thr high handling I got is crazy
I got the mini travelers chosen roll of wellspring and surplus and I adore it so much, it’s just a legendary three round burst travelers chosen lol

Hey so you mentioned killing adds for one for all but you only have to hit them. It’s fairly easy to pull off if you put the work in, but I do agree that ease of use is super important
I think double loader might be sleeper OP if you throw on Lunafactions and reload mods
Personally i love my dynamic sway zen moment alloy mag thermal erosion it feels like super good advice from d1 in pve and im happy i got this roll
For me, I farm for the pulse, auto, and rocket launcher. My pulse has surplus and wellspring. My auto has outlaw and thresh. And my rocket has ambitious assassin and chain reaction. I love these 3. If I had to choose a least favorite it would be the bow and fusion, just because I haven't really tested them. The shot gun I'm still looking for a good roll to play with.
Anybody else notice wellspring is bugged if you've only thrown your grenade and have you other abilities? For whatever reason kills don't regen grenades unless one of your other abilities has also been used now. In the first week it worked for nades only but not anymore. Wondering if this is a bug?

When you mentioned Bad Juju I felt compelled to play D1, which I haven't done since D2 debuted, and use it to clear out a 'few' pesky ads. >:} And I wasn't disappointed. It's still as awesome as it always was and I was nearly in tears with joy because I missed it so much. ETA: I since discovered it's in the Monument to Lost Lights and now I have it in D2 :)

The pulse is still really good. The bow should be noticed for swashbuckler, which let's it one tap after a melee kill
thermal erosion is a beast..ad clearing machine..just slaps gold bars and those dam wyvrnn..i use the first one i ever got.. field prep and well spring with extended clip and range masterwork..running ophidian build and having the handling and pretty much quick draw as well makes this gun my go to when i am not using the lament..paired with the new exotic sniper and the friction fire with killing wind and wellspring i have been having a blast with it..just slapping this weeks nightfall with that combo,,got 9 exotics and i dont know how many shards yesterday running the nightfall on heroic(enhancement cores a plenty) in about 6 hours..even got the tasty double exotic drop and both were 70's..dont know whats up other than double drops in the nightfall this week,,,but whatever bungie did...thanks guys..made running that strike totally worth it this week.

With the bonechiller, the very first one That I got has assault mag with dual loader and opening shot and its really good in both PvE and PvP
Just so you know, since the machine gun is solar, if you have dragonfly you can use the mod wrath of Rasputin to make warmind cells.

Idk if you misspoke about One for All on the bonechiller but the perk doesn't require that you get any kills, just hitting some other targets

Agree on the Thermal Erosion. I have Appended Mag, Field Prep, Demo roll that's pretty crazy. I believe it's 77 rounds and reloads with a grenade throw. Kind of nuts in PVE. PVP it's OK. Hard to replace my trusty old Hammerhead (RIP).
