Silver toyota @35.00 is called corolla in Finland and more dearly a "amis"Corolla.Amis is a word of endearment for vocational school.Young men in vocational schools have driven and built these toyotas for along time hence concept amis-corolla.Many were imported with silver color and 1.6 liter four banger.I had a dark red one with 2.0 2T engine and it was fast!Only these square body types were considered original and true Amis-Corollas.Later i graduated to back halved 1964 malibu ss with blown pro stock 538 bbc.Engine had been in md to high 7 s in it s day as 1150 hp pro stocker.i used 33/22.5/15 hoosier slicks on streets with good traction.

About time they allowed pro mods for domestic
They're still essentially NPK rules style cars(stock wheel base, stock body dimensions, steel roof/quarters), so it's still not like these are, say, NHRA Pro Mods running without NHRA PM class restrictions. They're still giving some up with stock body dimensions & aero and stock wheelbase. I'm not complaining though, while I'd LOVE to see some NHRA PM teams making hail marry passes, they have some great racing as is.
