What a beautiful vacation. I am LOVING Flo's new kicks! So hip!!! They're even sequined???!! ADORABLE. She knows how do dress when she's on vaca, so fun. Such a gorgeous location. So fun that everyone's something crafty going on. Freddie, snoring away--the sea breeze will do that. PUPPIES?????!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Must be nice and warm that Freddie wants to lay down on the cool rocks in the water. What a sweet boy. Just perfectly lovely. Thank you so kindly for brining us along on your wonderful adventures 💜

Oh, Janet! I absolutely ADORED the scenery and sights of home! I think I have mentioned that I am a transplanted Scot living in the US. My Da was a Scot and Mum was English. I've actually been to Swanage. It's been many years ago now. It's still just as beautiful as my cherished memories. Thank you for showing bits of your holiday! Janet and friends, how fun to go on holiday together!!! The scenes remind me of St Ives but not sure where you are. I see Freddie is happy to have traded "muddy puddles" for the clear blue sea. ❤❤ what a creative family you have...painting, stitching, crochet. I love how you created such a lovely seascape with watercolors and slowstitching. You've added such depth with the colorful silk stitches.❤ oh!!! Patty thank you so much. Ben was on FaceTime earlier and looking at the Chocolate shops website, alas no shops in London ! maybe that’s a good thing ! We can’t get over the little thatched cottages. They are made ( many years ago ) from Perbeck Stone a local rock to Dorset ( you may want to look that up ) even newer houses use it.

Oh i love your idea for the sail boat. How creative. Nothing is safe if it can be glued, stamped or sewn.😂Looks like a lovely place for a visit. Thatched roofs. Aahhhh!!. And Freddy, catching a bit of a cool off. Such a good boy, deserves his dunk in the water. Enjoy the rest of your holiday. You'll need a rest up when you get back home.

Hi dear Janet🙋♀. I just love your seaside textile piece, it is very beautiful and whimsical✨. So clever how you created the little sailing boat⛵. Sometimes when I paint on fabric with watercolour I dampen the fabric with a spritz of water just to help the paint move freely, but I also like to paint on dry fabric, as it adds such lovely texture like yours🖌. So lovely to see the sea, thanks so much for sharing your holiday with us.🏖🧜♀⛵🪡🐾💖

The stones on the beach are amazing. So smooth. Don't see many beaches with stones like that here in New Zealand.
I must remember to find choose a little one to take home. The boys have wonderful memories of their time in NZ by the sea and huge lakes.

You had me cringing, when you were cutting up and using that aluminum can. I was holding my breath afraid you would cut yourself. But I know you were being careful. It was a very nice little w.c. and slow stitch piece. I've done some too, that I started with some watercolor before slow stitching. It makes a great starter background.
My husband even watched most of your video with me.. he enjoyed seeing Freddy on the beach. Are you allowed to take any of those wonderfully smooth stones from the water's edge?
