I swear, as this project progresses, you can really see how much attention they are paying to the theming of the park. I believe once it opens, it will be one of the most detailed parks in the state, if not THE most detailed park here.
This is the result of modern imagineering techniques and construction techniques in full force. The last time we've really seen this in the US was Animal Kingdom and we got Pandora there...

Universal realized Mexico is in on building the biggest theme park called vidanta world and universal doesn’t want to lose money. So now they are stepping it up more. Usually theme parks are always in competition one to another so they don’t lose popularity tourism and money.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for these updates. I get so excited. 10 years with Universal, I had to leave after Superstar Parade closed, with opportunities still available ahead. These updates keep me motivated to one day returning.
While I’m excited about this new park, I refuse to step foot in the state of Florida until a new governor is elected. The state NEEDS to elect a DEMOCRAT…one who, in response to a future pandemic, won’t be afraid to shut down this theme park for over a year the way Gaven Newsom did with California’s theme park industry.
I want to be able to go to this park, but I prefer to SAVE LIVES with common sense public health policies like lockdowns and business shutdowns. Ron DeFascist refused to do that, and for that reason I am boycotting the state of FLorida until he’s voted out of office!!!

I’m not sure what you mean, but Covid needs to be taken seriously. Covid has killed billions of otherwise extremely healthy people who could not have possibly died of anything other than this one viral infection. That is not exactly something that can or should go ignored.
And so I will not return to the state of Florida until voters there elect a governor who won’t be afraid to prevent people from visiting this theme park in the event of a future pandemic.
As far as I’m concerned, no theme park should be allowed to remain open for as long as there exists even one respiratory virus that can kill even one person. That’s simply a common sense health measure that will save countless lives.

I hope this new park and the recent contracting agreements between Universal and WB for Wizarding World imply that we'll get more WB lands in the future (what I'm really trying to say is I want a massive immersive indoor Wonka factory land)

Your channel does a really nice job with this construction progress at Epic Universe. I have been following you since it was just a dirt patch. I think it would be really cool if you guys did a progression video; this is what this area looked like 6, 12, 24 months ago. Really show off the content you/bioreconstruct have worked so hard on. Keep up the great work! You are awesome. I look forward to your videos more than any other channel I follow.

It all looks amazing! I made my kids watch all the classic monsters films this month so when we go to Epic they will know exactly what they are looking at.

What’s crazy is they have to build and bury in concrete all these water features and pipes, all without water! I don’t even think I can comprehend how complex it must be. I can’t imagine making a mistake and having to unbury them. How will they even test them? That’s probably why water features in park are the first to go and the last to receive maintenance. Hopefully they put more future proof design into them. Sorry I’m rambling haha. 😅 thank you for the update!
I'm with you! After seeing how COMPLEX all those pipes looked less than a year ago and how clean it all looks now, it's astonishing!!
It's so cool to see the first new theme park being built in Orlando since IoA (the water parks not withstanding). Born and raised Tampa Bay Area resident here and I've been going to Universal for 22 years. I actually just found a photo album from my first visit in _2001_ 😳. I can't wait to go when it opens.

Will the expansion pads be a topic for a future video? I cannot remember if each land has an expansion pad and if there exists expansion for an entirely new themed land. I'd love to know!
As for a SNW expansion, I am PRAYING we get a Luigi's Mansion dark ride and some sort of water ride... Mario Sunshine ride...anyone?
Luigi's Mansion has come up in rumors before! We will revisit the expansion pads in a video early next year for sure!!!

An interesting addition to that video would be to discuss which of the backstage buildings at IoA and USF will be moving to Epic Universe lots, and how much space (if any at all) freed up by moving those buildings could be used to expand those parks as well.

Rumor is the universal has theme park rights for lord of rings and a land based on that will take the biggest expansion pad and be 1st new addition around 3 years after park opening
@@jettrow6503rumors that the backstage areas around MIB attraction and Simpsons land will be removed along with those attractions before the Simpsons rights expiry in 2026 and that whole area will themed to Pokémon

I really hope they actually theme the HTTYD Untrainable building…
I think the thinking is the landscaping and foreground elements, along with a winding path to get to it, should help to obscure the larger part of the building, so the facade will only need to be themed as a brick wall of sort.

Disney takes like 5 years to add one new attraction, and Universal is slamming out a whole park out at a breakneck pace XD
Disney builds at the speed it wants to build at. Universal has its own issues including the numerous abandoned theaters across both existing parks.

Looks like the restrooms portion of The Zephyr Market structure (next to the entrance of Isle of Berk) has its walls up. Not sure if the restaurant portion is to follow soon or if it will be pushed back as a phase 2 addition. On word on this?

They rumored that during some closed hours guests could still be able to walk into the central hub without an actual full ticket for the park. An interesting idea. I think someone at the exit would be mandatory in those situations.
I truly believe that this park will LOOK ready to open come this time next year (October-November) if this pace keeps up... truly incredible work. Frankensteins Manor looks incredible.. I think it may even be more impressive than the original Wizarding World. Are we expecting lots of animatronics on the Frankenstein ride?
