REAL CHAMPION PARACALE NEVER HAD I 26TH PABIRIK FESTIVAL I BARANGAY CASALUGAN

this is the STRONGEST AND MOST POWERFUL performance at the recently concluded 26th Pabirik Festival Street/Ritual Dance Competition held yesterday January 31,2024 inside the Ginintuang Bulwagan ng Paracale .
This contingent, represented by BARANGAY CASALUGAN performed too long to the TIME LIMIT of 12 minutes only. Any excess of a minute will be met by a 3 points deduction to the total scores given by the Judges.
Because of this guideline, this contingent settled for only a 2nd runner up finished despite of a very strong performance.
