I came to this video for some inspiration for my own Minecraft theme park. It’s been in progress for about 10 years and has more recently had 2 other parks come to be near it along with a few other things. The original park is within a 256 by 256 block area as that’s the space I had to work with starting out on my old iPad mini. It’s vastly different from your park, it’s far more packed with over 70 roller coasters for instance.
As for your park, I think it’s really cool. You put in all the essentials for a good park basically. I really like the entrance armor stand thing, the rides look great, and I saw the RCT influence even before you brought it up. I know this video is over a year old but this was one of the first results that came up when I searched “Minecraft theme park” and it turns out to have been a great idea to watch this,
