    I appreciated this, not in the market specifically but then again it's the little things like this that you just assume will be a slam dunk and the underdog whoops the big name brand. Keep this stuff coming!

    Great video. I just bought one of these for 5 bucks also at Rite Aid when it was 50% off, And liked it so much I want to get another 1 for a friend. The reason I found your video is because I was looking for other places that might have them at 50% off. Now I feel even better about my awesome $5 purchase. Thanks.

      It’s similar to opening a door, you approach look for the handle, turn the handle or push down, apply pressure to the door should open. Hope this helps you from getting stuck in a room, and not be able to get out.

    I just have to say this because a lot of people don't know- its horrible to spray need oil during the day! Always spray at night after the pollinators are asleep because if bees or butterflies come in contact it will not only kill them, but they can take it back to their nest & kill many many more! But great video otherwise! Very helpful!

    I just bought Harbor Freight's version of your cheap one for 5 bucks, with a coupon. Theirs has a steel pump shaft and a brass nozzle, rather than the plastic parts on yours. Otherwise identical. There is a fancier version on Amazon with a pressure relief valve but three times the price. They even sell a O ring repair kit and a replacemeny brass nozzle but either costs more than I paid for the whole sprayer. I've only used it once but so far so good. If an O ring goes I am sure I can find one. They are generic. A little vaselene or siliconr grease on the piston O ring should extend it's life. Companies like Stihl don't make stuff like that, they huy them. Look around snd I bet you can find that one for less under a lass prestiious name.

    hi I just picked up a CHAPIN 2.0 L small pump sprayer. I am fighting a severe roach infestation....I am ashamed to say. but I needed something different than what I had. The sprayer has the smaller opening and the triangular bottom and the oz and liter markings on the side in black on white. It feels quality made. It also has the lockable button. It has the longer inside tube. I am disabled so I checked the pumping action before purchsse....it only takes a few pumps with just air. It has idiot pictures for any language instructions. Then there are differences.. The nozel is metal and according to info online it is adjustable. Also the plunger is metal, not plastic. I am confident it will work as expected. I appreciate your video. I picked up the sprayer at a discount building supply place. It was the only one there and was not my intended purchase. I may have over paid, but I think it is worth it. It was marked $17.96 but was discounted either 40 or 70 %. While there I did find another item that I had been desperately seeking ( 1 gallon of 90% isopropyl alcohol) and got a terrific price on it. Also picked up a couple pair of pliers that I was looking for at a very good price. No buyers regrets here. ps we have not had alcohol in the stores since March. I was well stocked but had actually bought a bottle of everclear the week before at $18.00.

    (Im a Stihl fanboy) I impulse bought the SG11 because i needed a handheld sprayer on the trailer and i regret it. No adjustment of the nozzle is a devastating disappointment.
    I swooped up the Groundworks 1/2 GL sprayer from Tractor Supply. I'm completely satisfied 100%.
    Even has a brass tip.
    I don't know what Stihl was thinking making a $20 sprayer with no adjustment. What's wrong with folks?

    The Chinese brand flow master seals are guaranteed to fail, like all Chinese sprayers, you can set your watch by it. The Stihl will last years.

    • @BYDonBermudaGrassCentral
      @BYDonBermudaGrassCentral  Před 4 lety +3

      That may be true but if I had to choose between the two, I’d get the flow master, it’s way more versatile than the Stihl 🤷🏾‍♂️

    • @SalvadorSTMZ

      Yeah and seals are cheap and easy to replace. For 5 bucks that's a great sprayer.

    • @checker3694
      @checker3694 Před 4 lety +3

      Salvador Martinez were are you going to find seals, that’s why theres so much plastic shit floating around in the ocean, people buying garbage that does not last , then it gets thrown away . Buy once buy quality. All stihl sprayers have viton seals so you can run various chemicals through it, time and time again. But most people don’t know that. All China sells is cheap rubbish, for wal mart junkies.
