We have been using CL's since we bought our first caravan in 1985. In those days most just had a tap and emptying point for black water. We now use them almost exclusivley but only ones with EHU and showers. They vary in quality but most are great, The maximum number of outfits allowed is 5 but on the CCC CS sites they also allow up to 10 tents. The CAMC website lists all the CL's and members can read / leave reviews. For finding new sites we often use UK Campsite, there are lots of filters to enable elimination of unsuitable types of site The quality of the images in this and recent tvideos is superb
Hi Frank, yes we are using a combination of google search, pitchup and CL searches. We will also be doing camping for short stays, which will be our next outing. We are recording and publishing in 4k, which is essential for any moving footage. Thanks for the compliments and there will be much more to come over summer.
A CL is a Certified Location linked to the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Usually smaller, less facilities and cheaper and sometimes more remote. You book them direct rather than via the Club site. Caravan and Camping Club have similar I think they are called CC sites.
i must have missed some content, the last i watched you were selling the eriba, have you had second thoughts now ? i wanted one but when we looked inside one at a dealer i thought they were pretty basic inside, how do you find yours, i beleive they are very well built.
Hi Phil, we decided to keep the Eriba. We used to pay £1400 per year for storage, but now we have platinum storage for £520pa. The Eriba does have all you need, however the shower area is pretty basic being a combined bathroom and toilet. We have not used the sink shower attachment for showering. There are quality issues around the build, especially fittings into loose chip board and rusting hinges caused by cheap chrome plating. These are all minor issues though.
@@whereveraway glad your keeping yours and enjoying still, if i got one it would be an older model, but they dont all have toilets and hot water in some, so we may look at a pennine pathfinder folding camper, had a basic one before and it was great.

How much was your storage charges mine is £620 gold I thought that was expensive was you right with your price ..😮
Hi Mike, annually we had £1400 platinum but now changed to £520 platinum closer to home.
Blimey we pay £280 for gravel hard standing per year for our. Caravan. We. don’t have platinum or gold storage. What is it I wonder?
When do you shampoo your caravan?
Once a year including the roof. We have started to cover up using a Protec Cover in Winter and when not in use for long periods.

Seems good to us. They are tailor made so you have to submit measurements for any bespoke fittings such as canopy or tv arial.
