- My first time visiting the Sacramento zoo. The zoo is small but has a lot to see! This Zoo plans on closing within the next 5 or so years, so it's nice to check it out and see where the original location was before the newest Zoo opens in Elk Grove.

Zoos are always so fun! I love animals so much so I really enjoyed watching this video. That lion was gorgeous. He was absolutely stunning 😊 and that sloth was super adorable 🥰 thanks for sharing this with us 😁🫶🏻

@@Eldons_Excursions Lions are so fascinating. I love hearing them roar lol. But my all time favorite animal is elephants. They’re just so beautiful ☺️🥰 and that short bench had me cracking up. Because I’m not even 5ft so I wonder if my feet would have touched the ground? Haha you should have sat on it that would’ve been hilarious 😆

I always love seeing giraffes because they are such gentle natured and peaceful animals❤️ They are so beautiful! What about that really awesome sloth, though? Lol! Just hanging around, enjoying his snack with no care in the world😆😂 What a life! Love it! Lol.

Those kids were hilarious, not even traumatized by the Jaguar and bunny situation 😂😂 my bunnies have been warned about being shipped to the zoo

Eldon, just east of Sacramento in Folsom is the Folsom animal sanctuary. It's very well done and close to Historic Sutter Street. May make a good video.

A couple months back the flamingo enclosure was a chimpanzee cage I wonder why they changed it
I didn't see any, so maybe they currently moved to another zoo 🤔
