I think you can upload in one file as LPU charge only courier fee. You can send a mail for clarification.

You make a new application, but make sure you upload all 3 docs.

I am not sure if LPU issue sealed copy before you graduate. But this is the process to send sealed copy to other universities from LPU.

What is the meaning of no. Of copies and 1 more que if we choose by hand option then will they give sealed and stamped envelope or not ?

1. No. of copies mean how many set do you want. 1 means 1 set(transcript and certificate).
2. Yes, LPU provide same docs in both cases.

It is mentioned in instructions that they will dispatch it from LPU within 15 days. In my case they took around 10-12 days.
Also add a few days in your timing which is required by Courier service provider.

I don't have idea about WES. As I sent my official docs directly to universities abroad.
I think it doesn't matter if you fill it with pen or electronically.

You don't need to send hard copy to LPU. If you are applying for wes then put wes address.
