2 things
If your transcript or degree certificate is not in English you have to convert that document in English before sending. How to do that ? Please talk to your college or university.
Your transcripts should be sent in sealed envelope in English
2nd) you don’t have to send the transcript, your college or university will send it, in a sealed enveloped on the adress given by WES when you fill the form. You have to contact your college for this too. However, in some cases the university has no ties with WES, then you’ll have to collect that sealed envelope from your university by yourself and post it by yourself make sure you don’t open the package because it has to be in university seal when they (WES) receive it.
You’ll know how your college deals with it when you make an account on WES and submit documents.

Hi Ayush! Thank you for your message, please check with your university if they can issue you a provisional degree certificate. Most of the universities issue that certificate until a permanent degree is issued.

I’m not sure but if that’s the case you might have to choose Non- University postgraduate diploma, but if in doubt please contact your college they will tell you what to select. Thanks 🤗

Hello, I have upload my documents in which I had uploaded my degrees of bachelor and masters both and their transcripts also originally attested by the higher education commission and after that I made payment to Wes. Wes successfully received my payment and on the other side I sent my document's hardcopies to the Wes but yet I am showing the status on my account on hold. Hi, you just have to upload a scanned photo of your original degree. You can scan your degree with your phone. Applications like Cam scanner are handy or you can use notes to scan it if you’re using an iphone :) thank you.
