Erectile dysfunction is a true medical condition that requires treatment. Diet is great, but it takes a whole lot of lifestyle changes, AND seeing your care provider. Common causes are: Heart disease, HTN, cholesterol, Diabetes, obesity, obviously smoking, drugs, alcohol, parkinsons, MS, peyronie's disease, sleep disorder, mental illness, prostrate issues, low testosterone, etc. Educate yourself about true causes and treat it accordingly.
Couples can try lifestyle changes for about three months, and if this does not resolve, there could be a more serious underlying issue. Hope this was helpful :)

Balance diet is crucial but there at time the body is unable to pick nutrients in the food, supplements for men taken with food will help, mostly the body is deprived zinc.
