  • This is the EconoHome 250w wall heater. I install this to keep some batteries warm in the winter. The Adjustable Thermostat helps to keep this heater working only when needed.

Neat looking panel for heat, and the wall plug thermostat is a brilliant solution.

It has worked well for the past week. Keeping that small space at 47 degrees even last night at 13 degrees outside.

I Don't know how cold it gets in that part of the country. Here I'm Western New York I would think that you would want to put that heater right below the battery bank for the frigid Sub-Zero temps.

The coldest I have seen here in 25 years is 0 degrees F. That was about 3 or 4 years ago. 5f is often the coldest we get.

@@ToolsTechAndGear that's cold, that heater is able to keep the room above freezing?

Is that a glove, hat and socks heater? At 250 Watts I would think that is all the unit can warm up.

This 16sf room is warmed up in no time. We had a 13 degree night and this heater had no problems keeping this warm. These are often used in hot water heater rooms to keep them warm. Such as in a basement.

An incandescent light bulb controlled by a thermostat would do exactly the same for probably 10% of cost. But incandescent light bulb manufacturers aren't paying youtubers to make silly videos
Edit. Omg $120. $10 light bulb... probably $5 and a $20 ink bird controler. Wow. Sell yourself for a penny.

I purchased this heater with my own money. You can use a lightbulb for your heat. I like this heater.
