Anybody know how to get a hold of the company for refund?? I can’t get a number. I have not heard back from anyone yet. Just ordered it a few days ago and received it today and machine doesn’t work!!! So frustrating
Hi.. the mop and the vacuum dust collector do they used the same container? I mean do you fill up the water in the same spot where the dust is collected during vacuuming?
Hi. Yes, container is one for dust and for water for mopping. It is devided, to tanks into one container. Mop function only can be activated when you add a mop cloth to robot.
@@emilsrubins5494 so in other words is not a complete hand free robot, we need to switch back and forth those mopping pads if we want to do carpets.
@@anrivera1975 You can do carpet with mop on also, in application you deactivate mopping and it will work with mop on, but not going to moist it. Of course better to clean carpet without mop cloth on.
Also can sweep carpet with power suction and wet mop :D
How do you rate the mop function? Will it clean up muddy pet footprints on hard floor?
As a mop, I think it is good mop, but I think mopping is not for cleaning up big dirt, dirt will be disposed over wider area of floor. Only if you change/clean mopping cloth after going over those footprints once/twice, then it will be effective.
Hi can you please help me I recently bought this hoover set up with Roidmi app everything works fine apart from my map keeps deleting!! It already cleaned whole 80m flat twice and the map always dissapeared, could you please advice what I am doing wrong or what I have to do to have this map permanently in app?
Hey! Have you tap to save your new map in map settings?
Tap on more>map>my map> and there should be option to click save for a new map
If you carry the robot to outside of mapped area it will overwrite the map. You need to manually select the floor from the app. Sadly its not possible to make backups of maps. atleast on xioami home app. Had connectivity issues with roidmi app so using that instead.

they grey cloth, what is it for? mopping? and the whites? thank you in advance
Both clothes are for mopping, grey is reusable, but white ones are made from paper for one time use.

@@zaraham4405 Hey! Did you use 5Gh or 2.4Gh wifi? 5Gh wifi is not working for robot wacuum. Choose 2.4... This was my mistake when tried to start work with it.
The filter system is a major pain in the back. The filter inside the unit disintegrates in time and becomes worthless.
Hence keeping you buying new filter sets (20$) piece. This is a no-no for me.
I designed my own filtration mechanism with... a baby wipe cut down to size which I change once a week. Keeps the filter fresh and clean.
Yes, agree that the filter design and placement is not the best one seen before. Only good thing about it is that in aliexpress now are a lot of good and cheap replacements. I also try to clean installed filter quite regularly when possible to keep it clean.
