Best explanation I have ever seen or heard including from hour-long lectures. Simple and to the point. Years of confusion finally cleared up.

Amazing. Really very nice. I enjoyed.
fantastic!! absolutely loved it.
Isn't there a potential for the column or detector to become contaminated with combustion products of blood sample solids and other organic molecules?
Is there also not a change that chemicals that produce the same reading have yet to be studied and considered during the analyses?
Both of these concerns would create inaccurate results and false positives, correct?
amazing job
Very informative
Thank you!
Great video 💗
wow.. 5 mns worth more than a 3h lecture
i feel like this could suitable for aliens who want to learn our technology without knowing our languages.

Very well... but which software use in animation making
The animations of this video are made with PowerPoint and edited with Windows Live Movie Maker.
CanalDivulgación thank you
@@CanalDivulgacion Great , Thank you , i am trying to create an animation about chromatography so i could explain these concepts to my students better way, unfortunately right now its very tough for me as because i have never tried animation throughout my entire working, i was always busy with method development and validations, but thank a lot, this time i would try to go with power point and movie maker👍
Would've been much better if you included voice too. Also, can you please explain what are the Rubber Septum, Septum Purge Outlet, Split Outlet etc and their role ?
+Chirag Ninave
The rubber septum (typically made of silicone) is used to maintain carrier gas pressure inside the system and to introduce the microsyringe needle in the injector several times without leaking.
The septum purge outlet prevents septum bleed components from entering the column and it maintains the septum zone clean.
Considering the high sensitivity of this technique, usually (when working in split mode) a part of the sample/carrier gas mixture in the injection chamber is exhausted through the split vent. Most of the injected sample is removed by this vent to the atmosphere and only a small proportion will flow into the column (typically only 1% of the injected sample).
CanalDivulgación
Thank you very much. Now I get it.
+CanalDivulgación So, is the molecule of interest lost during detection, as it passes through igniter flame? Great animation btw
thanks for the information.
