Great video! Do you have any advice about how to deal with guilt? I have a tendency towards guilt, and I feel that is annoying for people around me and truly lowers me as a person.
As some point torturing yourself for things you could have done diferently brings nothing good to anyone

The Forgiveness practice can help you. A number of different traditions have Forgiveness as a tool to handle this. TWIM is one of them.
      Cheers.

As Beth clearly explained it's 5 aggregates thus not me (though we think it's me). Consciousness arisen for reason and ceases continuously (cause and effect). We can't changed the past so we have to move forward. Lot of loving kindness to you self and others may help and then by trying to understand these teachings

@@saddha6717 there is such a thing as people who for some reason felt guilty as a kid ( parents divorce etc) and they have this emotional tendency as adults, even when they are in situations where they have not done anything wrong.
For example, going to a place where everybody takes psicodelic drugs, but you dont wanma take it because you feel it wont be good for you.
Then some people get angry because you rejected that, and you feel guilty about it.
When in reality you did nothing wrong as you have the right to reject something, but you still have that guilty feeling.
That is what I was talking about

This is a great question! I will make a video on this topic in the future.
