Change voltage settings of growatt inverter by shine phone application

- Normally, when there will be fluctuation in grid side voltages. No one can predict when voltages will increase or decrease but when increases inverter will go into error mode " AC V outrange" because standard voltage setting will fixed in manufacturing unit.
To avoid this error, make sure before changing voltages check grid voltages in acdb by turning off inverter. If everything looks fine then for
1phase :
Low Voltage : 170v
High voltage: 280v
3phase :
Low voltage :320v
High voltage :480v
Low frequency : 47hz
High frequency : 52hz
I have installed 3phase 25KW. Afternoon - During peak hours the inverter stops and restarts to recover continuously giving only half output (10kw to 18kw). Then production runs normally with minimal downtime. This problem occurs when 252v is available in a single phase during peak hours. Please specify the parameter setting the changes for this purpose

Brother. After 20th June, my inverter power output is fluctuating so much, sometimes even goes to standby mode. It used to produce 65kwh per day on sunny days (model 10kt3lx) with 11kw panels. But now after every few minutes it goes from producing 8kw to 2kw then 3kw then 0kw then again 6kw... Etc and sometimes error history show AC frequency out of range. It already is 47.5 to 52.6 something but now total output on sunnay day is max 35-40 kwh. I m very concerned, please help. Should I reset? It all happened that on 1st day I got Relay Fault error 405. But after restarting it worked but since then this is happening
@@moosasyed1011 if inverter fall into error mode then it will effect the generation. It is better to contact ur solar installer and check earthing properly . As u mentioned that error is relay fault it means it is telling that ac side earthing is having issues. Check ac side Neutral to ground voltage value how much it is showing in multimeter. It should be below 5v
My growatt datalogger does not reconnect to internet everyday in morning.. i have to go and remove dattalogger and reinstall it then it starts working tried both methods of connecting.. what is the issue?

My growatt ongrid 10kv inverter has 14 panels of 580 watt attached which is 8kv system in total. But it's only producing 20 to 23 units per day instead of it should actually produce more than 40 units per day. Please guide what settings should I fix or what should I do?
@@Noor-vr4xj plz check any shadow is there or not on panels, panels were clean or not, panel to panel looping, date and time setting in inverter

Bro i have Growatt 10 KV Inverter with 3 phase electricity meter it works fine but after 2 PM grid voltage falls to 170 to 180 and inverter trips and shows error 300 AC Voltage Outrage is there any solution?
@@waleedmalezai as it is 3phase inverter, grid side phase to phase voltage should be balanced and should be with in range . It should not be above the range or below the range. In ur case it is below the range. For this u have to contact grid people . Growatt engineer can't do anything for this grid side issue

I checked settings of my growatt inveter “set grid voltage lower limit” is 332.5 should i change it to 320 or not?
