How much is it?, do you need two if you have bilateral implants? Is it available in United States?

It just came out in the US. It’s free if you were implanted after May 1st. Otherwise it’s $320. Yes you’ll need 2x if you are bi-lateral. They have a $25 off coupon right now in the US webshop: The code is 25AudioStream.
