I replaced all the electronics in the grinder with HQ power switch, installed and removable connectors as well. Now you can easy disconnect and reconnect circuits inside the grinder.
@@coffeeforumsbg Awesome, thanks for the info! If I source that switch, I shouldn’t need any other electronics? Just wire it directly to incoming power and the motor leads?
@@JosiahAnduril yes, no other electronics needed, just add few connectors to have the ability to remove harness in the fututer when you need to disassemble the grinder.
Do you have tutorial on how the wiring goes? Or maybe just a detailed picture of the wiring. My control board is dead. So i need to remove it and use this simple switch method.
I don't have this grinder anymore but idea is to remove the board and supply directly the motor trough on/off switch. I added and connectors tpo replace non detachable from the factory.
@@coffeeforumsbg thank you for the reply 🙏🏻🙏🏻 So just clarifying (Sorry i’m bad at electric diagram). The wiring will look like this: Plug > Switch > Capacitor > Motor. And it need new switch. You cannot use the existing switch. Correct?
Me too i did something similar..i eliminate the electronic board but to install a toggle switch slightly on the right side of the grinder. Do you feel the sound of your grinder is normal, especially once switched off?
Hallo, can i use 4A latching switch?
This is awesome work! Any chance you will make a tutorial how to do it?
This video was very helpful.
Thank you.

This is awesome! Can I ask how the wiring works? Can I just use the existing power switch and wire it directly to the motor and power in?
No, you will need 16mm latching 220v 10a

@@coffeeforumsbg can you connect the LED directly to the live cable? Is it 220v led? And do you still use the big white capacitor?
@@gusmank Leave the capacitor, it is part of the motor diagram, on/off swith has 220V led inside(no outside wiring for it)
