How to make a cheap but effective bike wheel truing stand from scrap material.

In this video, I show you how I made a cheap wheel truing stand using bits of scrap material. A truing stand is needed to hold a bike wheel securely to allow you to tighten the spokes and set or adjust the truing of the wheel.
I needed a truing stand as I am building up a wheel for my tilting recumbent velomobile project.

Why does the aluminiun axle holders need to be adjustable? The huge slot in the work stand will handle any size wheel.
