  • Connecting a brushless DC motor (BLDC) to a 3-phase sensor & sensorless BLDC controllers. This video shows the phase and hall sensor wiring connection of a 36V 500W BLDC motor and 12V-36V BLDC controllers. The video also shows a BLDC motor tear-down to expose the hall sensor circuit inside the motor and phase winding configuration.

how to drive a 120v brushless dc motor?

  • @Golfer-rn7lh

Back BMF? You mean back EMF (electro motive force)

how many ohms is the rpm potmeter?

Is there the same amount of volts at the output as at the input?

My bldc from a lawnmower only has three wires, it doesn't have the little ones. I wonder why?

your channel quickly become my favorite channel in youtube. thank you so much for the vidoes. god bless you my dear friend.

  • @Dancopymus

Hello friend, maybe you explained it in the video but I don't understand English correctly, so what is the difference between these two plates, blue and green, that are sold on Aliexpress, for example? Thank you

  • @johncooper7242

fantastic ! i really enjoyed learning about how to connect a brushless motor to a battery thank you for a clear and detailed explanation and demonstration. The 36v batteries for my Lawnmower are dead and no longer available but I have some good 36v Bosch batteries which I am hoping I can use instead. This might be the solution thank you

It's just funny how that guy thinks he's done something wonderful by effectively converting a brushless motor into a brushed one

  • @younghwanshin4653

If you press the switch that changes from forward rotation to reverse rotation while the motor is moving, does it work without problems?

hello, hello, using the hall sensor can it used to meassure and read the current rpm when the motor is run ?

Is the hall sensor suitable for all wiring methods? Y, delta, 6 poll, 9 poll.. ect. If I want to add hall sensor to any motor, do I just need to put it in or do I have to follow some rule?

Why you didn't try motor when with zero potentiometer to higher 😉

I was thinking about using the 16-22 size crimp on bullet connectors for my 6 hall sensor wires. Then I could just plug and unplug them. (For testing) Do you think that is a good idea ?

What happen if you put a battery of 36v and 15amp?? The driver support this energy??
