Yeah, as mentioned, they're a Christian rock band with a heavy edge. "Feel Invincible" is a good example. Their songs aren't preachy though; uplifting messages but in my view, they fit with both spiritual and non-spiritual contexts. I like "Breaking Free" as it features one of my favorite female rock singers - Lacey Sturm - and "Out of Hell"; both from the same _Unleashed_ record. Give both a listen when you get a chance.

My all time fav PvP song, no matter the game. I put this on a one hour loop and this old woman makes little boys cry in combat. :)
Hey PG! So glad you found Skillet! 20 yrs ago as a teen, they were my favorite Christian band! I actually went to a couple of their concerts when they were still small time and obscure. I still thoroughly enjoy their music, though it's no longer my preferred regular listen. I recommend one of my old time faves of theirs, 'Locked In a Cage'. Thanks 😁😁👍👍

Not a genre I care for (Christian Rock) however, they have several really great songs and this is my fave, nice reaction. Seen this to several fan made anime videos which are great. They have real metal influences and sound great blending that with Hard Rock. They are more mainstream than a lot of the other bands in that genre no doubt due to songs like this!!
Check out their song “comatose”. You won’t be disappointed.
I have seen them Live and in my opinion this video doesn't do them justice. They are an amazing Christian Band one of my favorite songs is Stars. It is a different pace which shows how versatile they are.
If you're looking for more Skillet songs try Whispers in the Dark, The Last Night (live), Rebirthing, Savior and Awake and Alive. For another band try Red with Death of Me, Already Over, Feed the Machine and Forever.

That's cool I discovered them the album prior to Alien Youth, Invincible. So pretty close to the same time. They are a great band!

You have so many reaction vids! Just found this one. Skillet is a hard rocking Christian band...they have so much great music, and their live shows are pure energy. They often have a violin and bass/cello in their live shows. Monster, Hero, Awake and Alive, Sick of It are some of there best. Another Christian band from the US that really rocks is Needtobreathe.
