Go to Irvine (close to Tustin station) you'll see Amtrak trains pass by 90 MPH. This isn't 90 (only few small sections are) this is like around 79 mph.

You're wrong, the speed limit through the station is 90MPH and Irvine, both Metrolink and Amtrak stop so no 90MPH action...

ItsMyDank747 Northbound Surfliners at Tustin can fly through between 89 and 92 mph. Southbound is generally 85-89.
