23:13 🖐️I could eat a ton of rice and not because I'm poor. I'm dreaming about it right now. Many Asians find a meal incomplete without rice. I don't find brown rice as appetizing. As far as washing the rice to remove the arsenic, is the arsenic on the outside of the rice or built into the structure of the germ and bran? Seems California rice has less arsenic and Louisiana rice has more. Yoshinoya 👍

Does this have anything to do with consuming cyanocobalamin rather than methylcobalamin? 1:10:03 Certified organic foods should be pesticide free. Pesticides can be measured in the blood. I suppose the NHS will not provide those blood tests.

I'm not pleased he is a paid shill. That compromises him being able to contradict any doctors unless they being paid like him, to lie.
