For that price it's not a bad purchase, that's probably what it's worth in scrap, if it refuses to work.

Getting a tire Grover from online would help you out alot! Just adding some extra groves in those type of tires helps alot on the snow and ice. You would never think so but we do it here on our loaders in MN for snow plowing.

That’s odd to see the chrome shaft rusting. We run rubber tire loaders and graders in heavy salt and never have rust on the chrome rods like that. That’s very surprising to see deep rust on the shafts like that.

Even if they claim certain alloys are being used, you can never be 100% sure in Chinese machines, you can have one batch of products that are fine and the next the steel is more like pig iron. Its absolutely disasterous for professional equipment, where unexpected downtime is more expensive in very short period of time compared to savings in initial purchase price or replacement parts. For a hobbyist willing to deal with breakages and even switch out entire sub-assemblies its fine unless they really fail in a deadly way.

    Hello .
I think it is best to use a "surge protection" this is just a small box between the Dinamo and the rest of the electrical components.
this means that the electrical system no longer has to deal with over voltages.
you also have no reversing lights.
maybe your reversing camera has a fuse or you need to get power from the reversing lights.
I am curious about part 2.
with kind regards Hollandduck from the Netherlands

    • @MiniMachines1
      @MiniMachines1  Před 3 lety

Yes thats probably a good idea, I think the reason He saw the peak in voltage was because the power breaker stoped working and the load went away.
It doesn't have reverse light it's like on the tractor always on, I guess since the wiper and the reverse camera aint working it's probably something with the wires going up to the roof.

The drives are the old style where you put is in forward and reverse. New style ones are hydraulic drive. Even the excavators from 2014 to now are much more quality. Parts available is helping this.

It is not a very problem, I really think your friend didn't maintain it at all.
If you can fix it or have some knowledge about electrical just do it.
I do not complain for something no matter where it came or manufactured.
For other brand, for a small wheel loader like this you will not escape under 65,000 to 75,000 eur.
Europe Machines like these are eyes 👀 from the skull 💀 in terms of price due that you have not enough raw materials to build like this,.
China have many many raw materials more than they need
They export to Europe and America too.
I have requested a quote from the company which have replied me within a day.
Jcb, manitou have not reply my mail since nearly a year.
I have requested a quote from an European dealer, which is the price is 3 × times which the Real Manufacturer have told me.
This is a good Machine if you maintain it well.
The starter passed away in your friend possession, which he don't care and continues to used a screw driver as the ignition keys.
Anyway, the global new capitals of the world will be in Mumbai, Beijing, Metro Manila.
Paris, London etc we will continue to watches strikes, cops hitting everybody's, tear gas, and rats 🐀 😉 big as a rabbit 🐇 walking next to the eiffel tower.
Me I say, if some one who have a small farm or just to move snow can buy a jcb, buy it, but don't complain about others.
