Word of the month: Relax. I've been on the go so often that I feel like I haven't made enough of a commitment to myself, whether that's personal development, career development, self care, hobbies, etc. So I'm hoping to be more intentional about relaxing because that's an active part of self care for me.

My word is Intention. Act with intention, to create the life I want. It should help me move forward in order to achieve my goals and improve my quality of life. My actions should be purposeful.

My word is consistency. I have a schedule I go to school and get my education but I need to be consistent in all aspects of my life especially spiritually and physically. I need to find a way to find everything in my day to day routine. I waste so much time when I get a moment to relax when I can be using that time to better myself.
Krystal, we all have failed short of our relationship with God and I love your TRANSPARENCY! I will be incorporating your three morning exercise too so I can get moving and becoming healthy. I love that you are changing your perception of your commitment because it allows you to accept your accomplishments and intent. I am a therapist and I can see your growth... My word is Focus. Focus on my journey head and don’t start to relapse back. Beginning of June I got into a group workout program and I have now lost a total of 19 pounds went from 218 to now 199. So all I want for September is to focus on my goals focus on this healthier lifestyle I’m trying to have and being a better me. Love you Krystal girl❤️love your videos

Hi krystal! I discovered you through your Lori Harvey video and from there absolutely fell in love with your personality. After hearing you talk about how you wanted to lose weight in a sustainable way, a few videos back, i decided to ditch all the fad diets I had been doing and decide to stick to a routine of eating healthy and working out. Ive been doing that for a month now and have since lost 7 pounds!! I come back to your videos every so often whenever i need a boost of motivation, but even if you dont see this comment i just want to thank you and tell you how much I appreciate you being so open and honest about weightloss and fitness and binge/emotional eating it really was exactly what i needed to open my eyes and see the unhealthy habits I had when it came to food and fitness, so thank you!! 💕💕💕💕

Absolutely love this! I really think so many hinderances come from us not loving ourselves deeply and unconditionally. I am always amazed at how I love others unconditionally but place so many conditions on myself haha.
Hey Krystal, I love these resets. I did the 10,000 steps challenge and was not able to get them everyday but just that goal and eating better, I lost 7.5 pounds! Hoping to continue in September!

Well binge eating is a very individuelle thing. I guess one of the big ones is figuring out your triggers and then working on a way to either minimize them or work through them so you can get to the relationship with food you would like. For example, personally I want to loose weight, but I have acknowledged that one of my triggers (on some days) is counting calories, so on days where i feel more "binge sensitive" (as I like to call it) i dont count them! But on all days i recommend focusing on connecting with your body - when you are truly hungry and full... krystal, i could talk about this forever 😅🤣

My goal for the month is also discipline. I will be more disciplined and intentional about the business I want to build. Not allowing negative thoughts to overshadow all that I am capable of. My resources are infinite and I know God is always guiding me. 🙏🏾😇✨

I didn't start the 10K challenge until the 3rd day but didn't miss a day. Walking 10K a day for me was a challenge but I loved it! With that my word is continue. Pledging to myself to continue walking 10K for September😅🤞🏽

I absolutely love the pacer community. So many incredible individuals all looking to better themselves. My word for September is commitment. I want to be committed in everything I do. I want to be committed with my workouts and healthy eating. My affirmation is 'Through commitment I will become a better version of myself and will reach all goals I set for myself.' Also, I absolutely loved the Gift of Imperfections and Atomic Habits book. I think you'll like them. Here's to a new month full of potential, limitless possibilities, and new adventures/memories.

My word of the month is HYDRATE. Girl the way I don’t drink water 💦 is embarrassing I have to do better. Im thinking of a 3 day gallon water challenge to get me started but we will see: I need an accountability partner then I seek to get things done.

Thanks for another great video. Your hair looks amazing. Also, thanks for picking up my two book suggestions, Clear and Brown; you will not be disappointed. I haven't decided on a word for the month of September yet, but my August word was Self- Preservation, where I promised that "I would put on my own mask first" (airplanes). The planner that I use has a place for not just the word of the month but a word for each week, so the words and affirmations for the month fall under the umbrella of self-preservation. I walked 34 miles in August; I want to double that for September. Books for the month are Illogical by Emmanuel Acho and Tony Evans, Divine Disruption. I need to finish Set Boundaries and find Peace Nedra Glover and Night Crawlers by Leila Mottley, Fiction--oh my goodness, it is good. This comment feels like a journal entry. Forgive me. LOL. I will also try meditating this month--never done it before. I am going to combine meditation with writing poetry. My goal for September is to write one poem daily during a 15 min. meditation period. To kick things off, I will join Nadia Colburn for her 5-day Mindful Writing Challenge. And even though September is my birthday month, as well :) I am attempting a "no-spend September." We shall see. And lastly, my book is in the final editing stage-- and we move into Cover design and copy polish --I-am very excited about that. Here's to a great month. 🌹🌹

OMG your feeling about BGMDE was exactly mine. I made a whole rant video about it. I could not figure out why so many ppl were recommending it. I didnt want to finish reading it but u did and held out hope all for nothing🥹
yessss it was soooo disappointing! like why did they waste such a beautiful cover on that malarkey lol.
