Thoughts on a diet with no added sugar? (PS: On that note, have you seen "that sugar movie"?)
What's the main change in the workouts you're going to make? I noticed just adding a 10 lb weighted vest for things like push-ups pull-ups dips Etc made a huge difference in strength.... not a huge difference in size. I'm completely fine with that but I'm wondering what your ultimate goal is really. Increase strength with minimal size games or pack on as much size on to your frame.... while trying to stay balanced and flexible. Good luck man stay healthy
Maybe a video on performance in mixed martial arts like exercises that would supplement wrestling or bjj or Muay Thai maybe like an ido portal style conor mcgregor human movement routine or discussion that or somebody like faris zihabi as a guest he is gsps coach and has a CZcams channel would be really interesting

Well Thomas, I think you should write some kind of recipes book. Share your experience As long as it is based on real food it will never turn out bad. There’s nothing wrong with getting strong.

Tom has the weight gain affected your bodyweight movements? Or has strength followed suit. I'm currently eating in a surplus and weighted movements are flying however bodyweight movements are seemingly more difficult (due to the extra lbs). How you finding it mate?!

I'm finding your videos useful. As someone who normally needs to see/do, you have a good mix of theory and practice. Also your camera angles are not too close up and allow perspective. I'm not confident with exercise and am still figuring out what will work for me. Can I ask whether your belly button became more outie (or less outie) as you built up? It's a consideration for me, annoyingly.

Bio-individuality is real. Also a mitochondrial test is always good. I found out I process iron differently and that's why a vegetarian diet doesn't work for me despite my efforts. I'm not sure if that's what you meant by genetic test yet.
Art Science Wonder exactly, so true. Have to consider foot intolerances, nutrient requirements and the more. One thing I feel pretty certain of is that animal products enhance health for most people. The amount is up for discussion though :)

Any tips on how to actually hit the calorie goal? I usually end up having to eat 1000-1200 calories between after lunch and by the time i sleep and i find it insanely hard to get that much food in.
Just eat enough for yourself to be energized and happy everyone is different and a lean bulk will get you the same result

Tom, I like your channel but the saturated fat you eat goes where exactly. The keto diet is incredibly unhealthy as is eating processed meats such as bacon ( officially recognised as a type one carcinogen) , Personal food preferences are fine but people will copy you.Ditch these "what I eat in a day" if you are of the belief that fat doesn't lay down deposits in our arteries, brain and around our internal organs.
