Recipe and ingredients:
Sift 400 g wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon sugar.
4 g dry yeast.
250 ml warm water.
40 ml vegetable oil.
Lubricate with water.
Roll the top part in sesame seeds.

In watching from Uruguay (expat from 🇺🇸)
This recipe is like “beagles” 🥯but the airiness WINS my vote, as beagles tend to be chewable the day of baking but as days pass, they become- for me- too hard to chew.
400g flour
250ml warm water
1tsp salt
1tbsp sugar
3tbsp oil/grease
Seeds to taste.
(after shaping and resting)
190° for 25-35 minutes, until golden brown.
