Not even from anywhere near countries where there are coyotes, but I’ve heard that these things are real bastards, and since I’m a big CZcams farm lover, I hear how the coyotes eat the chickens and other animals. As much as i hate to say it, I feel no sympathy towards coyotes, and I’m glad your aim is true, you’re giving the small mercy you have on them to get clean shots!

I grew up in northern European farmland and my parents never had to shoot a fox or wolf to protect our land and animals. You guys just like watching defenseless animals get blown up for fun
@@diverman1023 I’m not going to deny that. Depending on where you are in the USA, especially in rural areas, there’s a huge gun culture that tends to solve farm problems with deadly force. I’m first generation as well, my father grew up in France and my mother in Norway. I would say the European view on any kind of violence is massively different than the United States. It’s odd, don’t you think, given the vast majority of us in the rural areas come from Europe.

Sarcasm I’d say, I feel bad if animals being hunted, I can do it But, coyotes kill farm animals and steal eggs And destroy land Deer, have to have populations controlled, The damage crops, they get diseased and pass to other deer. The get into traffic and move into populated areas depending on people. It seems barbaric but it is necessary If it wasn’t for hunting like this, The fish and game departments would be killing the same animals but it wouldn’t be on CZcams This has been done for all of eternity and will continue. This was pretty epic. The shooter got mad skills. But I couldn't help being a bit disturbed when he just nonchalantly threw the coyotes down on the ground like that... It's still kind of sad since although he defended himself and what is rightfully his, they did what it took to survive. Seeing their lifeless corpses so disregarded opens ones eyes to how insignificant their lives actually are to us. Yes I am a hypocrite for living as I do in modern society but at this point all of us can't just go back to a kind of life that doesn't harm nature/the ecosystem actively without having to give up so many things that have become commonplace for people in this day and age. Would we be happier if we never got to this point ever and never experienced life in the modernized world? On the other hand our society evolved to the point where not everyone has to suffer if they're born with a birth defect and people all have equal rights instead of "the strongest do as they see fit". I feel like everytime we progress in a certain way it will always affect something else negatively and vice versa. I guess that is why humanity is still trying to solve problems, thereby creating even more problems that will take even more time to solve just like how having money leads one to desire more wealth or how we seek further progression the further we revolutionize technology.

You have to an understanding to what they are dealing with , I suggest you do a lot more research on coyote and how and why they populate they way they do , the breeding of this animal is a direct reflection to what the landscape can support , more food supply more coyote and they aren’t wolves , wolves hunt to eat , coyote will literally kill just for the hell of it as if they need something to do with their time . Ultimately a very destructive animal that absolutely needs controlled , one head of cattle can cost a farmer thousands of dollars and a coyote will kill a farmers cattle Just for the hell of it .

OMG that headshot was brutal... 😲 Where do these Coyotes live in the wild? And what is the scope of damage they do? I see people talking about them attacking kids and pets and cattle and stuff but is that a constant thing? Like the clear cut case with rodents?
They live basically all over the US. They are pests and repopulate (and overpopulate) very quickly. They will kill anything that is smaller than they are and sometimes will attack things that are bigger.

I was born in Florida, spent 30 years there and when I got married I moved to South Dakota where my wife’s family is. I was always a big advocate on the 2nd amendment and actually voted in person for a few things. Never once have I hunted aside from squirrels with an air rifle. We went hunting with .338 lapua and at first I’m not gonna lie I cried because I killed an innocent beautiful animal. Her grandpa said to me, son if you didn’t feel bad you wouldn’t be a human. But these wolves get into pig pens and chicken pens and even kill cows. Now, I support my family with my farm, if a wolf kills a cow, that’s a 10,000 animal. When they are on the reservation land or park land, we don’t dare shoot them. Only when they are on our land. And it made me feel a little better but every time we go out with her dad, her grandpa has since passed, I still shed a little tear when I shoot one.
