This is the first time I have seen a house that is probably under priced. The smartest kitchen I have ever seen. The Butler's kitchen isn't just and over-sized walk in closet - it can be used by several people. The house has all the different zones a family needs to enjoy personal time or gather together for big events. The second, smaller garage could easily be made into a workshop. When you don't have a basement in a home an attic or extra garage space is essential. It's nice to have neighbours that you can wave at but not close enough to hear conversations. Possibly the best value per sq ft in Tennessee. Thank you Tyler and Jaden for an amazing showing. You guys always fine the best value properties for the dollar.
We loved the windows in the kitchen, you can see the kids playing in the backyard from the kitchen sink. We didn't check the attic, but it did have it's very own staircase leading up to it (Must be big up there). We feel the same regarding the value, you money sure does go along way out in Tennessee. This house is the best value for your money yet! It has all the luxury features while still maintaining that homey feeling. As well as being close to a major city

Impressive! I don't think I'd have this house but id use the architect. I still cant look at the trees while in the bath damn it so close 😭 Guess the sky will do at least there's a window beggars cant be choosers 😞
Yeah the tub is not placed to maximize the view from it, but it is in a nice location within the en-suite.

@@Propertygrams It was a Beautiful property hands down. But I still like the College Grove property, it's in the same price point and sq Ft, but it had more land and the pool house was on point. Two great homes. I ended up choosing a property in the Green Hills area. 👍🏾
I understand what the point is of building such an awesome house if you're not going to include a wood fired pizza oven.

Boys, where is the fire? What is the hurry? A house that's 9000 sf needs at least double the time you've allocated to this video. I get to you all those bedroom are the same but honestly, we want to see every bedroom, with each bathroom and closet. Why didn't we see the upstairs laundry room? Why didn't you spend more time walking through that amazing prep kitchen? I have to tell you, the quality of your videos has really suffered since you left Canada. Those houses you did from Vicky's Homes are some of my favorites and they didn't feel rushed and you showed everything. These videos just make me hope someone else does this a more thorough walkthrough so I can truly see the house. Sorry to be harsh but your last few videos have been very frustrating to watch.

So much wasted space in this house. It looks pretty but in reality it just seems overdone. Wet bar adjoining the bathroom in the primary sweet is a big no. Eight baths for a four bedroom home is excessive. I guess if you have the money to spend, you can have as many bathrooms as you want!
Do you mean having a wet bar in general in the primary, or the location of this wet bar in this primary? It really is convenient having a wet bar in your primary!
I mean the location in the primary. Having a wet bar is great, having it next to the bathroom is not. I'm not sure who would want to see a toilet while mixing their drink. Just my personal opinion but something a designer should think about.@@Propertygrams
