Reality star Kristin Cavallari is living her best life in Nashville, Tennessee with her kids. Last year, following her divorce from former NFL star Jay Cutler, the mom of 3 purchased a $5 Million estate not too far from her former family home, and it’s a modern farmhouse with two structures on the property. Prior to this, Kristin and Jay lived in a 25 room, lodge-style mansion which took them about 2 years to sell, at a big loss no less - and today we’ll take a look at a few of her Nashville area homes.

I'm just going to ask the question that I think most people are thinking.....who the hell needs 25 bedrooms in their house. Also I don't know who their real estate agent was but they should have fired their ass with a loss like that.
I think the exterior of the house killed it. It was listed forEVER.
@@BenjaminBanks615 Agreed. The house is ugly and has several different themes going on. It has this Mediterranean, English Tutor, Cabin theme going on. It’s hideous!

That wasn't my question. My question was if she was smart enough to pay cash. I don't care what anyone says..if you don't need a mortgage..you don't get one. And you shouldn't need one if you are rich. If you do need one...then you are living beyond your means like a dumbass.

That’s actually on par with similar sized homes.. Transplants have really drove up the real estate prices here. We just got a four seasons.
I’m 3 months late but… Good luck to Kristin. I’m not sure what is and what isn’t real on reality TV? but…Lauren and Kristin were my 2 favourite people on Laguna Beach and the Hills. I wish them both the very best in life. That’s their careers and Private life’s. They are both themselves and I love that about people. Basically, there are far too many followers in this world. Those who follow the crowd will only go as far as the crowd. Those who go alone will achieve far more. 🙏🏻❤️

I personally would use one for dish water, the other side for rinsing and the other sink if I had veggies to wash or meat/seafood
