These cases of men simply declaring themselves women shouldn't be accepted either.

The new addition Not My President Biden added to title IX specifically says that LGBTQ+ cannot be discriminated against based on either sexual orientation or gender identity. Gender identity is determined by the person's opinion, not some set of medical test results. So yes, any man who wants to masquerade as a woman merely needs to say I identify as a woman, then he is free to compete against biological women and use their locker rooms to invade the private of actual women. And if people rebel against this nonsense, then they can be sued for discrimination.
