- Day 4 here and today's we are getting through an Intense full body Tabata workout! 4 different circuits that include 2 moves each. Today's Tabata format is 20s on + 10s rest for 8 rounds. Give this one a try for a full-body fat burning, strength building HIIT workout! Get ready for this!!

Day 4 of the 20 workouts done I'm absolutely loving it. I got very set in my ways when I used to use kettlebells but following these gives great variation, cardio and weights, it's awesome! Every one of your videos have left me absolutely drained by the end so I know I'm putting the effort in. Thanks for all that you do 💪

Loved it kept my heart rate up while building strength! The push up shoulder tap was hard you really have to stabilize you core to balance on the kettlebell when you tap!

I used my heavier bell for this, so I feel great about that. The only mod I had to make was doing the squat thrusters with both hands. Presses are probably the most difficult exercise for me to do with 28kg. Another good one. Thanks for sharing.

Kettle bells are amazing I take them to the outside gyms that way I can use the pull up bars
