    Oh yea…Saturday AM workout on deck. Today is recovery/stretching/sauna day. You killed me with your advanced double kettlebell workouts this week. So all I can do today is preview this one. 😅🙃🤣😎.

    Absolute burner Mike, did with 24kg and went through the first section easily but did not complete section. 2 (lost too much time on snatches I think)

    Psycho Mike great workout. Used a 20kg kettlebell & no 🙏 on laddering back up if we had time left I took the rest!
