    Love these little burners! Was short on time and thinking about "skipping it", but no excuse....dial up one of these 30 min. workouts and get it in!!! Great workout!

    Holy cow that last round swings to high pulls, I too used my 28kg and I was exhausted at round 4. I also followed using 28kg throughout the whole video and I am wiped after only 30 minutues. Well done Mike!

    Training for a half marathon. I throw one of these 30 minute in between 4 mile runs. I do 3 of your full videos a week in addition to yoga and run training. It’s got me pretty ripped lol.

    Bro!! You don't understand how much I LOVE KB WORKOUTS NOW 💪 The massive improvement since iv started your workouts is incredible started on 16kg now doing 20kg and can push for more if I had heaver bells 🔔 🙌 thanks mate, I want to do the subscription workouts how do I go a out that 👍

    Going back to Cali back to Cali no I don't think so. Used a 14kg for warmup and then 20 kg 4 rest.
