Holy cow that last round swings to high pulls, I too used my 28kg and I was exhausted at round 4. I also followed using 28kg throughout the whole video and I am wiped after only 30 minutues. Well done Mike!

Went really fast. Did it with a dumbbell still hard, I have new arms!
Training for a half marathon. I throw one of these 30 minute in between 4 mile runs. I do 3 of your full videos a week in addition to yoga and run training. It’s got me pretty ripped lol.
