Why people YELL at the moments when his voice is the most beautiful is just beyond me. Those are the PRECISE moments you shut up and take all that amazing gorgeous sound in and revel in it. smh
I've heard live shows where Buckley *literally* told people to be quiet so people could hear him because they were whooping, clapping, and screaming over him singing. Once he said, "you paid to come hear me sing, so be quiet" lol. I bookmarked that concert...
It was new years so I imagine most people were drunk. Still does get annoying

Am I the only one who feels guilty for listening and loving Sketches because he never even wanted it released! God he was going to burn those tapes ☹️ if you had lived another day, if you had walked another mile.
Whoever was working the board in the studio as engineer would've never allowed those recordings to go into the trash, and if they did get tossed in the trash they would've retrieved them and saved them. Seriously, artists are hard on their own work sometimes, and they can't recognize how great they are in the moment.
Don't feel guilty for recognizing how good these songs were and still are all these many, manny years later. This is timeless music. Be grateful that you have the ability to recognize and appreciate great musicianship and lyrical narrative.
